This is a fantastic, secure apartment in a very convenient location! 5 minute drive from Civic, Dickson shops, ANU; the bus stop is right in front of our building, with routes to Civic, Belconnen etc. The apartment building has a gym and an indoor heated pool. The room is the main bedroom. It is very large, and is furnished with a queen bed and a large writing desk/chair. The room is well-lit with glass sliding doors leading to a sunny veranda. The apartment is extremely conveniently located, in Civic opposite the Canberra Centre, and it is quite spacious as well. It has a large living room, a balcony, a kitchen, a washing machine and a dryer, a dishwasher, a parking spot in the underground car park (not currently being used). The room you will be renting has a heating system, a large built-in closet, and it comes equipped with furnishing that could be removed if necessary. The monthly rent is $1070. There are additional bills of $20 per month for internet, and no more than $50 per month for electricity and gas (the exact amount depends on the exact usage, but it has never been more than $50). The location and the apartment itself make this room a bargain for this price.
