ok, so what we have here is a single bedroom up for rent, asking for $100 per week. the bedroom is 2.5 by 3.5 with a massive built in wardrobe that covers and entire side of the room, it also has roller shutters for pitch black shut out. the whole house is furnished except for this room so everything is good to go. internet is unlimited internet and will cost and extra $20 per month. we have a BBQ, we are down the road from a 24 hour gym (anytime) as well as a supermarket (arndale). its only 15 minutes from the city and beach with decent public transport options. already has 2 dogs in the house so pets wouldnt be a good fit at the moment only rules are respect the housemates and smoke outside

The bus stop is literally across the road. We are close to a shopping centre and the big Costco! It is a three bedroom house, with one spare bedroom on offer. Hi! My housemate Terry and I are looking for a third housemate for our friendly and sunny house in Prospect. Our other housemate is sadly moving out in mid-January, so we're looking for someone to take over his room around that time. This is one of those classic old Prospect houses - big bedrooms, high ceilings and polished floorboards, with a renovated kitchen (with a dishwasher) and bathroom, as well as built ins in the bedrooms. The place has gas heating for winter, and is nice and airy in summer - those thick walls keep the inside nice and cool. Your bedroom is at the front of the house with some really pretty lead-lighting in the windows. There is one main bathroom inside the house, with a semi-detached bathroom out the back that we're working on fixing up at the moment (should definitely be up and running by January). There's plenty of space on the street to park your car, and the buses down Churchill Road and Prospect Road are only a five minute walk away.
