We are super close to Canning Bridge Station (5 minute walk max) and are along the bus route to Curtin University, if not it is a 5 minute drive max to Curtin. Bills are also not the expensive and are split evenly between us. The house is not much to clean and comes already furnished all you have to bring is yourself and your furniture and belongings for your room. Bills may not be included in the rent but they are not very expensive.

Salter Point is a great area that is close to public transport and not far from the city. Waterford Plaza and Curtin University are both very close. The house has a pet Cavalier King Charles that's super friendly and sleeps most of the time. The house also comes with a pool.
