Easy walking access to Fremantle Cafe strip, both the local end and tourist end within 5 minutes given we are located at the ideal middle point of either. The same distance to the glorious farmers markets every Sunday with live music, local produce and an array of food on offer to delight any tastebud!

The house has a gourmet hand crafted kitchen fully equipped with the best Neff, AEG and Scheigen appliances, the house has reverse cycle ducted air conditioning and unlimited fast internet.

Meticulously landscaped gardens and pool area including an outdoor fireplace, two rear outdoor seating areas allows for enjoying a private sanctuary, with a glass sunroom the length of the house to enjoy the garden vista when its too cold or too hot all year round. Naturally there is a formal dining area inside and large lounge room with 85 inch smart TV to enjoy those movies or that big game.

Off street parking is available although limited to one of the rooms with additional secured off street parking nearby that can be arranged a short 3 minute walk away.

The gardens and pool are professionally maintained fortnightly, in addition to the common areas bathroom cleaning

Minimum stay 4 weeks, longer stays are available by agreement for a mutually agreed extension.

You have an option of one of the following rooms for the rate as advertised for each room:

King bed with own bathroom and bath,  private entrance if required. All linen included if required.

Or

Queen bed with own ensuite, fireplace and private entrance if required. All linen included if required.

Fine print terms
1 week deposit to secure the room

4 weeks payment required on arrival, any additional nights agreed at a nightly rate , security deposit refundable upon departure when the property is returned exactly as it was provided. Any extentions will require a payment within two weeks of arrival so that we have a two week notice period at all times.

If you don’t have great personal /rental references to provide, think this looks like the great party house to share with all your friends, are the type to drink , use recreational drugs and/or smoke / vape then this offer is not going to suit you.
