It's about 5 min walk to Acland Street main part of St kilda, 5 min walk to the beach and is located right across from the botanical gardens. It is a big apartment with high ceilings and oil heaters in everyone room. The apartment block is very quiet they do not tolerate loud people who party a lot so if this is you I would look somewhere else. The house as internet, and a tv in the lounge room, the bedroom is fully furnished with a really good bed and also has built in wardrobes.

Hey guys! I'm going home back to England for 3 weeks. From the 15thdec - 4th January. Looking for someone to take my huge private room here in the heart of st kilda for those 3 weeks. MUST be respectful and fairly clean and tidy. The apartment is quite cosy but with everything you need! Only 5 minutes walk to the beach and even closer for shops and an array of bars and clubs around! Amazing spot for over Christmas.
