Our street is on the corner of Chapel and Carlisle and there are heaps of cafe's restaurants, shops and bars right on our doorstep, as well as both a Coles and Woolies on our street. We have unlimited internet and ducted heating that makes winter very cosy and warm. Balaclava Station is a five minute walk as well as loads of trams, and permit parking with the option of an off street park through the alley way and into the backyard.
