The house is literally 30 metres from the Oxford St strip and a seven minute walk to Bulimba wharf. It has just been fully renovated and is just wonderful to live in. It has a huge chef's kitchen, (the house is designed for entertaining), lovely courtyard (BBQ included), an airy balcony with gorgeous city views, separate spaces for privacy, a soon-to-be-built movie room, and a gym in the garage. One LUG car space is available and some ability to store possessions such as bicycle etc. There are three bedrooms but I'd prefer to keep one free for guests, either mine or my housemate's.
