Great little unit in a very quiet complex, never had any issues the year and a half iv lived here, 100m to Hawthorn park, movies and restaurants and a 2 minute drive to oxford street, 10 minutes on a clean run to the city about 15$ in a uber or the ferry is a 5-10 minute walk. You will have your own bathroom, remote garage with some extra storage space but wont fit a taller 4wd, I keep my car in there to and just need to get it out for the weekend as I have a separate work car I use during the week.
