Great unit just a few minutes walk from Oxford St. Second bedroom available with walk through wardrobe into the ensuite. There is also an extra guest toilet downstairs. You would be living with just one other person (me). There are a few undercover visitor parking spots that are usually easy to grab, otherwise it is street parking. Rent is $200 per week, bills extra, usually works out to be about $25 per week for internet, Netflix, electricity, etc. I have all the furniture for the house, you just need to bring bedroom furniture.
A big, light-filled modern home in Balmoral, close to Oxford st, with air-conditioning in every bedroom and both living rooms. All freshly painted, both rooms have built-in wardrobes and fans. We're (Ben and I) renting the top two bedrooms, keeping one for guests that we don't mind your guests using too :) One ground floor room is up for rent. It easily fits a king size bed and has a dinky built-in robe. We also have a chest of drawers you can use for extra clothes storage. There are two bathrooms, downstairs has double sink, rain shower and deep bath. Downstairs has tiles and carpet, upstairs has hardwood floors, but we promise not to stomp around in our shoes! Shared laundry and huge kitchen, we have a brand-new dishwasher, washing machine and massive fridge. Lots and lots of storage including big cupboards downstairs and a locked outside area for bikes etc. There's a big outdoor deck that opens to a tidy yard, very private due to retaining wall foliage and there are views over to the Westgate bridge. We've been living here a while and find this to be a really spacious place where you have your own space when you need it, though there are plenty of places for communal hangouts as well. We're happy to have couples though will need to negotiate a little bit higher rent in that case. There is electricity bill to be split by however many housemates there are, but we have solar power so t's never too exxy, gas bill (also cheap as we're on bottle gas) and unlimited ADSL2 internet which is actually included in the rent but I can't seem to change the setting in the room description.

Hey guys, the room is not huge but not tiny, it comes with its own private balcony, wardrobe and a ceiling fan. We are about 5 mins walk from oxford st in bulimba where there’s restaurants and bars all along, there is access to buses right outside the house, ferry stops within walking distance and train stations less than 5 min drive. The room is fully furnished because my brother is moving overseas so he wants to sell everything cheap or can be unfurnished if you have your own. We have a shed in the back yard that we use when friends come round, a fire pit, BBQ on the balcony and fairy lights to make things fancy. We are looking for a fun bloke to join the team to even out the house.

It is also roughly 1.5km to the river where city cats can be taken to the city in about 20 minutes. The house itself is modern and secure. It is 3 bedrooms - of which the available room is the third bedroom. It is upstairs and shares a bathroom between two rooms. The main bedroom is downstairs with the kitchen and living room and two balconies. The laundry is in the garage, along with a heap of storage space if required.
