A big, light-filled modern home in Balmoral, close to Oxford st, with air-conditioning in every bedroom and both living rooms. All freshly painted, both rooms have built-in wardrobes and fans. We're renting the top two bedrooms, keeping one for guests that we don't mind your guests using too :) The ground floor rooms are both up for rent. There are two bathrooms, downstairs has double sink, rain shower and deep bath. Downstairs has tiles and carpet, upstairs has hardwood floors, but we promise not to stomp around in our shoes! Shared laundry and huge kitchen, we have a brand-new dishwasher, washing machine and massive fridge. Lots and lots of storage including big cupboards downstairs and a locked outside area for bikes etc. There's a big outdoor deck that opens to a tidy yard, very private due to retaining wall foliage and there are views over to the Westgate bridge. There is electricity bill, but we have solar power so we're expecting it to be very cheap, gas bill (also cheap as we're on bottle gas) and unlimited ADSL2 internet which is $60 divided between however many people are living in the house at the time :)
2 rooms with a shared bathroom available in near new unit just seconds away from Oxford street. Both bedrooms have built in robes and can easily fit a queen bed and side tables. Hi :) Im offering a large double room in my 3 bedroom detached townhouse in Hawthorne. Its about 5 - 10 mins from the ferry, 5 mins from the garage and cinema complex and 15 minutes to oxford street. There is also a third smaller room which I use for storage and guests, I am hardly ever there because I do FIFO work, so the bulk of the time you would have the place to yourself. Its a quiet part of the suburb, no traffic noise, easy access to the city, there is a grassed out garden and outdoor pergola for entertaining. There is enclosed 6ft fencing if you have a dog. There is a garage however I use that for my own vehicle. Bills are included in the price.
