This flat is close to Hawthorne Park, Hawthorne Cinemas, Shopping, Restaurants, Schools and is easy to clean. There's Aircon in the loungeroom and the $180 bigger bedroom (which is a bit extra in their electricity bill) and fans, the shower is high pressure and gets hot very quickly. There's a washing machine but no dryer. There's no internet provided but I have a 200GB a month plan that I am willing to share and possibly upgrade to unlimited if we can.
