This is a really great townhouse! So, this place has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms but it will only be you and me living there, however I am open to couples looking to rent the room. The townhouse sure has a lot of space! Your bedroom and bathroom is on the opposite side of the house to mine and the spare bedroom can be used as a study or anything you like :). Your bathroom is huge and you have plenty of closet space. The room comfortably fits a Queen bed which is shown in the pictures. The place is only 15 minutes walking to the hawthorne citycat (I catch it myself - into the city) and we have a heap of restaurants and cafe's in the area. This beautiful house is in the best area of Hawthorne. It's only 900m walk to the Hawthorne Citycat terminal and probably about the same to walk to Oxford Street shops.
