Lots and lots of storage including big cupboards downstairs and a locked outside area for bikes etc. There's a big outdoor deck that opens to a tidy yard, very private due to retaining wall foliage and there are views over to the Westgate bridge. There is electricity bill, but we have solar power so we're expecting it to be very cheap, gas bill (also cheap as we're on bottle gas) and unlimited ADSL2 internet which is $60 divided between however many people are living in the house at the time :)
