Close to public transport - it takes me 10 minutes by bicycle and ferry to get to the Valley... with parking available, for those with cars. The unfurnished double room is located in the "East Wing" of the flat, has a large, private bathroom, built-in wardrobe and access to patio. The layout of the flat means that the living space is between the two "wings" and it is quite soundproof, if you like your privacy and quiet. The shared areas include the sitting room, patio area and kitchen (washing machine, dryer and dishwasher).
