You can train it into the city in just under 20 minutes, and under 10 to get to Swinburne. The room itself (4.2M x 2.2M) is full of light, with high ceilings and can easily fit a queen size bed. Although unfurnished, the room does come with a European heater and a freestanding wardrobe. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine. From there, it takes about 15 mins to get to Flinders station, so its very accessible to/from the city.
