I’m in need of someone to fill the second bedroom in my unit, located on a main road with the 109 tram stop just a few metres away and the Balwyn shopping district featuring a Woolworths less than 500 metres and for drivers there is a parking spot available for you. The flat comes with a dishwasher so you don’t have to stress about how awful dishes are to do. Unfortunately the bedroom does not have built in wardrobes but the living space has a linen cupboard if needs be as I don’t use it, my own room features plenty of storage space that can be used as well. Rent is actually $717 per month with bond being one months rent, looking for someone to move in as soon as the 17th of April when the month of rent is due but can be sooner as my current housemate is set to move out on the 28th of March.
