Local shops and transport (bus) about 5min walk, also not far from the Montmorency train station as well. Near by walking track and a few football ovals in the area too. Location wise for traffic is pretty good as you have some alternate routes to take, can show you all the tricks. Hi there, welll the house is a lovely characteristic heritage listed huge 3bm house with a sunroom and 2 garages, heaps of space for storage or whatever.. huge back & front yard with fruit trees & chirpy birdys. The house has italian wallpaper and kitch stuff like an ironing board in a cupoboard! Across the road is a HUGE park, I dont even know where it ends.. great for bike rides! We all do our own thing so no pressure on social stuff tho of course the odd chat in the kitchen over a cuppa from time to time. Also a 14yo cat lives here, she's lovely but doesnt like other animals sorry. Theres a servo next door which shuts at 10pm each night, handy for ice cream runs :P The room can come unfurnished if you like but atm theres a queen size bed and cupboards and a table in there :)
