The room is small but lovely with a private green space just out your window. Your room opens straight out onto the 2nd lounge room/TV den which you can largely consider as your own. This is straight off the kitchen. Our house is very comfortable 4 bedroom house with the two spare rooms in the back of the house which makes it easy to take your space. I work outside of the house weekends, and work and study from home during the week. I have two children, 8&5 who are both in school and are away from Friday afternoon until Sunday. Weekends you will mostly have the house to yourself while I am at work etc.. There is a balcony overlooking a green valley at the front and a lovely place for reading books on the lounge or a cup of tea. I don't have people over often, as usually the house is busy enough with students and children, but it is a friendly house and my kids are pretty happy and enjoy having good people in the house. I am interested in a mature person who works during the weekdays. I am happy to talk about sharing meals or food exchange or something else that added up to harmonious co-habitation. I would consider removing the furniture for the right person if you had your own things, otherwise the room is fully furnished. There are two toilets and one bathroom, and plenty of room in the house to feel like you have your own space. Very interested in a mature independent person. If you have a passion for cooking then I may just roll over on the floor give you puppy eyes! Not interested in a couple and not keen on hosting a party house. Internet available. It is unlimited. We have netflix and apple tv. Lovely Balcony. Will also consider a dog for the right people. We have a great, relaxed house- fully furnished and complete with a veggie patch and 6 burner bbq! Our street is perhaps the friendliest in Sydney- we genuinely know and like our neighbours. 5 mins walk to Coles and Earlwood shops and 4 minutes downhill to the Bardwell park train station. We are also opposite the state forrest entrance so there is a nice bush walk in there if you are keen to get away from it all. The perfect combination of peaceful suburb, still close to town. Hey!! My names Brittany and I currently have a room for rent in the heart of bexley north. The room already has a bed frame and a clothes hanger (if you'd like). It's a bright room, gets a lot of natural light in. The rent is 250 a week, with bills incl. The whole house is furnished and has a nice and homey feel. There's not really any person things in the lounge room or kitchen so you won't feel uncomfortable. I do however have a little dog. She's really cute and playful but stays in my room or on the verander at nighttime. I'd like to have someone who is friendly and likes to have a chat but respects privacy! It's reasonably close to the city but in a quiet and pretty safe suburb. It's a large house that when we sometimes entertain in has plenty of space. We are not party animals but friends are usually welcome to visit, as we have a large garage and balcony areas so having different schedules don't matter so much. As there is a lot of share space we are a bunch of friends more then strictly houaemates. We have a pretty view of houses and the valley we live on top of. We have a little bit of yard space. 8 Min walk to a translation on the airport line. Lots of parking space and sometimes room in the garage. There are two nice parks very close and a 5 Min walk(uphill) to shops Down side we live on a hill so our driveway is steep.and it's an older house. Really high ceilings though
