It has high ceilings so it is nice & cool in the Summer months, has split air-conditioning, a separate toilet and laundry access and has 3 fire places. Garden Maintenance is done by myself, but you would have to share the cleaning. It has a lot of side access to the backyard, so it would be suitable for a tradie that has a trailer, tools or you need to store a caravan, etc. It also comes with a small shed for extra storage. This is a nice semi modern townhouse with a modern veranda in the backyard . Will have free Netflix and can organise and you free to put a television in your room and/or bring your own bedroom furniture . It technically is a shared bathroom but as Im only looking for one other house mate it will basically be your own bathroom , as in you wont be sharing. How ever there is a spare guest room , so when there are guests they will obviously be using that bathroom also. most of the furniture you see in the house will be getting removed and replaced. I also have a dog and kitten . I’ll only consider one more dog depending on the breed ! and you have to be okay with pets !! There is only one lounge that I will mostly be using so it’s best you get a tv for your room !

It’s a nice quiet area that’s within range of many schools,train station access and bus stop access (10minute walk of public transportation) mind you Jack an Myself both drive and if I’m free I have no issues dropping off an driving a friend in need somewhere within due reason. The estate it’s self is filled with a lovely walking track and park and play ground area with a field, also within distance to the Monash freeway and off from the Princes Highway so easily accessible if you have to drive into the city or even just local.
