Hi Potential Flatmate! I have a new 4 Bedroom Double Storey House in Officer (Timbertop Estate) and I am looking to rent one of the bedrooms. It is picturesque, very quiet and close to transport, shops and food. Single person $210 per week, Couple $320 per week. No preference on gender, we have shared with males and females. If you love peace and quiet and somewhere you can call home, then keep reading. Bedroom is generous and carpeted and has a double door built in robe in one corner of the house upstairs. Rooms are near the second bathroom which is well lit and also has a large bath and separate toilet that would be shared with two people. Bedroom available is a corner room. Access to laundry with new washing machine and clothes line, Large modern kitchen with dishwasher, large oven plus microwave, double door fridge etc, Dining table, Couch, 50" TV, BBQ in Alfresco/Undercover Deck, Garage or spare room storage space. Pool table in the large upstairs room coming soon. (Building in progress) Able to accommodate some things too whether it be furniture or kitchen things etc. though if you have nothing but clothes and personal items, then this will suit you. All you'll need is your own bed and linen. Ducted heating throughout, evaporative cooling upstairs (where the bedrooms are) and Air Conditioning downstairs. NBN High speed internet connected so wi-fi throughout the house. Buses stop outside the estate, Officer and Beaconsfield Train stations are closeby and shops are not too far either. Parking is street (quite wide non-through street). I have 2 friendly indoor cats who won't bother you except for cuddles or a lap. I do have a decent back yard, though given it's new, it is a work in progress to landscape and decking is undercover and makes for a huge outdoor living area. Front has a nice garden with a deck and water feature. The estate is very new, Timber Mill Cafe is very popular and there are multiple parks (Main one with views just opened recently) and walking and riding tracks throughout with a huge lake and waterlands which will open soon. Up the back of the estate, you can often see Kangaroo's! Basically as long as you don't mind helping to keep it neat and tidy (Clean kitchen, vaccuum, bathroom etc), I'm happy to share anything. Room is ready towards end June/start July, so if you were interested to have a look or have a chat over the phone or ask any questions then please feel free. About the House: The house is located in Beaconsfield. It is a two bedroom with one bathroom. Decent sized living area and kitchen, with the laundry beside the kitchen. Located in a great area with easy access to public transport (15 min walk to Beaconsfield train station and 10 min walk to the bus station) and close to Beaconsfield Plaza (Woolworths, Aldi, subway, Australia post, guaradaon phramacy etc) About the room: It will be unfurnished once my roommate leaves. I have a chest of drawers that could be used. It fits a double bed, bedside draws, portable clothes rack and possibly even a bookshelf. About the rent: I pay $293.25 a fortnight which works out to be around $147 a week. Bills (energy, gas, water etc) are not included in rent. I can’t remember off the top of my head what the energy and gas bills have been, but i don’t think they’ve been too high and we split them as well. Internet is also not included in rent, but available. It is $69 a month so your share would be $34.50.

Very close to local schools, public transport, easy access to the Monash and the Casey Hospital.
