It is picturesque, very quiet and close to transport, shops and food. Single person $200 per week, Couple $300 per week. Date is yet to be confirmed, so might change slightly. Bedroom is generous and carpeted and has a double door built in robe in one corner of the house upstairs. There is a second bedroom next to this that will be available also. Rooms are near the second bathroom which is well lit and also has a large bath and separate toilet that would be shared with one person presently. Access to laundry with new washing machine and clothes line, Large modern kitchen with dishwasher, large oven plus microwave, double door fridge etc, Dining table, Couch, 50" TV, BBQ in Alfresco/Undercover Deck, Garage or spare room storage space. Pool table in the large upstairs room coming soon. (Building in progress) Able to accommodate some things too whether it be furniture or kitchen things etc. though if you have nothing but a bed, then this will suit you.
