Hello. We are a friendly Aussie/Asian family of four who would love to welcome someone to come rent out our newly refurbished fully self-contained downstairs studio. Please no couples or pets. The studio has it's own direct access off the shared driveway that leads to a garden with natural bush outlook. We all live upstairs. The bedroom has a double bed, built in storage, a small desk area and wall hung TV. The studio is only 6 months old, as are all the furniture and appliances. These include a fridge freezer, microwave, electric portable hob and integrated washing machine and dryer. To make things easier all bills (i.e. water, electric, internet) are included in the rent. We are located off the main road on a quiet tree lined street. Its a 10 minute walk to the local train station at Cheltenham with direct trains to Macquarie University, Chatswood, North Sydney and Sydney city centre. Beecroft Village is about 20 minutes walk and has a number of good cafes and shops, although you'll probably find most of what you need in Epping or Macquarie Shopping Centre. As you can see from the map we're also very close to the Lane Cove National Park which is a great place for bush walks and jogging.
