The housemate remaining is a quiet friendly mature woman in her 40's. The household is extremely relaxed and quiet during the day and during the night. The street itself is quiet and the house is quite private in its view from the street as it is covered in trees at the front.

Has aircon in main living area & good sized rooms which can fit queen beds - both have built in wardrobes (one double doored, one single doored) Don't have dining table + chairs ATM but will be getting one soon. My previous housemates took theirs. Have great neighbours who've never complained if you want to have a few drinks now and then - I've lived here 3-4 years. I have a BBQ and plenty of freezer/fridge space. Cutlery/ plates, washing machine, towels + linen avail & included. Can bring own furnishings if not happy with what is here. Moving end Jan 2017 so looking to fill rooms until then only. House has big comfy couches & bar stools ect but no main TV as I don't really watch / use. No wifi right now but could be an option upon moving in. Would cost $20 each extra. Unlimited per month. Would include Foxtel & is available in both rooms (already have ports installed). Listing says off street parking because driveway can fit about 3 cars. Our house is located in Beenleigh and is a 5-10 minute walk to Holmview Trainstation (Depending how fast you walk), and bus stop is around the corner from our house. Also super close to the center of Beenleigh where all the shops are. The house is double story and we will be converting downstairs in a studio/gym/creative area. Upstairs, we have three bedrooms (one which is our bedroom, the other which is a study and the spare bedroom). Our kitchen is large and we take pride in the appearance of our house. the house is open plan with a dining room seperate to the living, has a cute outdoor area with a BBQ. Super close to shops, highways heading both toward the city and the coast and Griffith university Logan campus. You will have your own bathroom with a massive shower and your own toilet. There is a second room that is empty that can be used for study/hangout/storage or whatever you wish. I have a desk, shelving unit, mirror and a few other things you can use but unfourntley no bed. If you have a car and it makes it up the drive way (my i30 doesn't haha) you are more than welcome to use it. I am not really into partying and I welcome visitors.
