You'll have access to unlimited cable internet (I've seen it hit over 400mbps), Fetch TV, access to Netflix (I'll give access through my account - it's the middle plan so two devices can stream at once). There's a 55" 4k TV in the living room, with an Xbox One that you're free to use, as well as a gaming PC in the office, which I can set up for another user at your request. House has both heating and cooling, as well as outdoor security cameras. Large fridge and freezer, along with ample cupboard space for food storage and enough plates, cutlery and cooking utensils for two people. You'll also have free access to the washing machine (there's also a laundromat just down the road, for bigger items or drying in winter). You'll also have an unlimited supply of doggo affection from my pup, Luna. I'm looking for younger people (18 - 30). All that I ask is that you help keep the house tidy and pay rent on time.
