Its a new house. I have netflix on the TV in the living room, which is shared. I keep the house pretty clean and I love cooking. I cook on the weekends for the whole week. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and safe. There is off street parking if needed.

An older house in Hamlyn Heights with a lot of character and a massive backyard. Situated in a quiet area within walking distance to supermarkets, parks and only a 3-minute drive to the fantastic Pakington Street cafe district or 10-minute drive to the Geelong CBD. If you don’t drive there is a bus stop located on Vines road - less than a minutes walk away - or either of the housemates are happy to run you around if needed. The house comes fully furnished except for the bedroom being let out. Terrific internet connection and plenty of off-street parking. It is a requirement that you must fill out the rental application (we can supply you with the paperwork) and pay the bond ($440).

Hello! We're a chill, progressive and creative household searching for a fourth member! Our flat is on top of a shop on Pakington street, extremely well located with lots of trendy bars and cafes very close by. Its a: - 15 minute walk to Geelong station - 20min walk/5min bike ride to Deakin Waterfront campus/Geelong cbd - 1 minute walk to the supermarket We have four bedrooms, a shared bathroom, seperate toilet and a laundry (sadly no washing machine yet). We also have a huge lounge (so huge that we need more furniture to fill it!), extremely large kitchen and a sun room with a big beautiful tree outside. In the rear we have parking and a balcony that despite being very concretey, gets lots of sun in the afternoons. Your bedroom would be the second biggest in the house, with a large built in robe (including shelving). It is unfurnished, with a view onto the street. There are two car spaces plus on street parking nearby (officially it says three cars can go there but thats depending on how good you are at manoeuvring your car), Maddy and I both use our cars a lot. In terms of amenities, unlimited Internet is due to arrive any day now and we now have a tv, a record player and a netflix subscription. We have only been in the house for about a fortnight, and still working out how to get a fridge but should have one sorted by the end of the week. We have a big laundry but none of us own any of the white goods yet (keeping an eye out for it though). Bills would be split evenly each month <3
