It has a large lounge and dining area and decent sized kitchen which is fully equipped, we have a big dining room table and corner couch which is great for entertaining as well as a good sized TV. Most of the house has carpet and gets lots of natural light. The apartment complex we're in only has 6 apartments in it with mainly families and good security with a buzzer system. We don't have a garage available but rent out our parking space to our neighbour. If you have a car and it's vital you want to park in our space, we can look into changing this over - however, there is street parking available as there are a lot of residential streets nearby. We're in a great location, 2 minutes from Woolies, cafes and bars such as Little Jean, The Sheaf, Bake Bar and La Piadina. We're a 10ish minute walk away from Redleaf beach and there are bus stations within 5 minutes walk that go into the city on a regular basis. Edgecliff train station is a 10 minute walk away as well as the ferry terminal that's just down the road. Hi There, I have a room available to rent in a lovely apartment. The apartment is fully furnished, including your room. The available room has a bed, mattress, a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Furniture has been updated and improved with a new couch with a chase which turns into a bed too :) The room and the apartment gets plenty of sunlight and moonlight. The TV, Washing Machine, Kitchen utensils are to share. There is a small dishwasher too which I don't use that often, but you can. I have good collection wine glasses as I love wine. You can use my Netflix, happy to watch a series or a movie together at times. I have been living at this apartment for last 5 years so I know the neighbors well. Keeping the apartment clean and considering it home is important, happy to get cleaners once a month to do a good clean of the kitchen and bathroom. Red leaf beach is right next to the apartment building. Initially it could feel noisy as the apartment is on a busy street, but that settles in less than a week. Unfortunately no Pets allowed in the building :( There are water views of the Double bay Ferry station. Easy and short commute to the city/airport/eastern suburb beaches via bus/train/ferry.
