Hi potential flatmates! I have a 2 bedroom apartment that I'm moving into this week. I am looking for a flatmate, open to a shorter stay or long term (12 months +) Inspections welcome this week - move in from next weekend onwards. The building is a 1970s block, 10 minutes walk from Campsie station. The apartment is a ground floor apartment opening out onto a balcony and garden. The bedroom is approx 3 x 4m with a built in wardrobe. It has a big window and carpet. It has been freshly painted. The bathroom is older, but clean and in good condition. Same goes for the kitchen. The flat is mostly furnished, and the available bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. Double bed and desk currently in the room. The flat is being repainted now, and hallway will be done in another few weeks to make it a bit nicer! Bills will be split 50/50. Stacks of parking in surrounding streets if you have a car. Prefer no couples or pets... However, I'd prefer someone who is not allergic to cats or dogs. From time to time, I may have my parents' cat and toy poodle visit/stay overnight if they are away.

It is much cheaper not to live in the city. There is enough public transport to get in and out easily. From Lakemba Railway Station to the City 36 minutes, up to 43 minutes From Kingsgrove Railway Station to the City 32 minutes to 36 minutes 14 Km in a straight line to the city centre. Slightly longer by train. It can take 20 minutes to drive â€“ but not in peak hours. My place is 1.4km from either railway station â€“ Lakemba or Kingsgrove. Lakemba has a whole street of interesting cafes and restaurants and supermarkets, as does Kingsgrove. Roselands has a large tri-level shopping centre.
