Nice and clean apartment in a new area close to shops and transport. Gas cooking and water, air-conditioning but generally a nice a cool apartment. Has a balcony and is on the first floor. Lift access and firestairs. Laundry in the apartment. Washer dryer and place to hang your clothes on the balcony. The bedroom on offer is unfurnished, but has build in wardrobes and drawers and your own bathroom. It's possible for bed to be available if needed. I'm easy to live with, I've been living with current housemate for around 3 years but now he is going on a world trip then he is moving interstate.
