Preferably engaged in full time employment, or if studying has a part-time job. Room Available: 17 November 2017 The house is furnished but the room is not. In saying that if you have extra furniture there is plenty room for more and a garage for storage. The room is large enough to fit a queen size bed and a desk comfortably and comes with a triple built in wardrobe. Rent is roughly $175 per week ($700.75 a month) with a months bond of $700.75. Gas, electricity and water bills are separate but come very cheaply. We also have the internet which is roughly $23 a month.
