The room is available from 28 January and fits a King sized bed (as seen in pics) and has a double built in robe with built in drawers and shelves and a ceiling fan. The house is kept clean and tidy and the large downstairs living area is fully furnished so It would ideally suit someone who is just bringing their bedroom furniture. With free Wifi and Netflix you would just need to pay half of the power, gas and water. There is a good sized entertaining area outside and gas bbq.
