This place is a lovely, quiet home five minutes from Centre Rd train station, Bentleigh library, Woolworths, Coles, target and much more. We have wooden floors through most of the house, with carpet in the bedrooms, ducted split system, gas cooking/water heating and a dish washer, small front garden and side patio - perfect space for a BBQ if you have one. A cat also lives here. She's young and a bit shy to start, but playful and friendly when she gets to know you.
