The bedrooms are unfurnished, with large built in robes and shared bathroom. There are two separate living spaces, so getting your own peace is not hard. I would like for this to be your home, share some cooking and conversations with a drink from time to time would be nice. There is no bond, however 2 weeks rent in advance is required to move in, if you want to pay a security bond that is fine, but it will be in addition to the above. Bills will be split 3 ways (approx $15 per week) and unlimited, turbo speed NBN is available at a cost of $24 per month. There is some space to bring in your own additional furniture if needed.
