We’re all a young bunch of people with great vibes in a positive environment! We are like a little family and are looking forward to adding to our team. The house is extremely spacious and unfurnished for the time being until we have our furniture transported from Canberra. Although we’re close we also have great respect for each other and our privacy! Occasionally we get together for nice drinks, laughs and music so if you love to dance and have fun with friends and family? We are the people for you! Although we’re fun, most of the time we’re quiet and tired from our long days so good rest and peaceful settings is how we mostly roll. We’re clean and tidy and very laid back plus most of the time during the day we’re never really home due to work commitments. The house is 2mins walking distance to the 945 and 944 bus links to Riverwood and Mortdale Train Stations which takes 10mins to reach or 15mins in walking distance. Room 1: This room is small, unfurnished and can only fit a single bed and doesn’t have A/C, not that you need it in this weather 😂 Room 2: This room is an averaged sized room, has a wardrobe and A/C. Can fit a Queen sized bed and study table if needed. Overall there are 2 Bathrooms up/downstairs are shared except for the the main Ensuite is set with great lighting and A/C’s. The Kitchen is shared and you’re welcome to cooking as long as you are clean and tidy during and after! We have a nice backyard where we intend to turn into a social gathering place for our friends and family.

There is no separate access to the second storey. You come in via the main door, hallway and up the stairs. The stairway is closed off separating your area from downstairs. Each room has inbuilt wardrobes. It is semi furnished and we are flexible on tenants bringing in their own items. The bathroom is large with a spa bath, glass shower and also a laundry sink. It has an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room with polished floors. It is air-conditioned. There are two balconies, one of which overlooks the street and the other towards the backyard and garden. It is a 10 minute walk to shops and station. 3 minutes by car. There is off-street parking, but not in a garage. Regular fast trains to the city. 20 minutes to Circular Quay. There is some storage available and clothesline. There are two small dogs downstairs.
