It is a two-bedroom, one bathroom, but there is also a second toilet in the laundry. There is a small courtyard and deck out the back, and a reverse-cycle air-conditioner upstairs. It's in a great location, right across the road from Mentone Woolworths and the shops, near the station and only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Unfortunately we can't have pets, as I have allergies.
