Beautiful house in Cheltenham, close to public transport and about 30 minutes into the city by train. (24 mins if you make the express) The house is furnished and the room currently has a bed, desk & chair. If you already have these things then that works too. The kitchen is large, we have a front patio & back patio with a large BBQ (great for summer) and the lounge room is fully equipped with a ps4 etc that your more than welcome to use.
I am looking for 2 flatmates. One room is a large room at the back of the house which you access through the back yard (pictured), so is separate from the house which gives some privacy. The room will be empty or can have a queen bed if you need, there is plenty of room for other furniture in the room like a desk/ couch and happy for you to use the standing wardrobe (pictured). The room also has full split system air con/heater as does all rooms in the house. Room 2 at the front of the house has the exact same split system aircon/heater, slightly smaller but still a great size and does contain a BIR. The house contains all of the usual appliances and a separate laundry. There is a main bathroom which includes a toilet and also a 2nd separate toilet. The house is a short walk to Cheltenham train station- which is one the stations always included in the express train services running to and from the city in 20 minutes- I get on this everyday. The house is also really close to the beach, Southland and both Coles and Woolworths supermarkets. There is plenty of street parking if you have a car. All bills are split evenly.

Whats not great about the place. The unit, one of eight on the block, has recently been renovated and is lucky enough to treated to sunshine from rise to fall (when the sun comes out). Less than a kilometer away from the front door is the sandy wet thing and the Mentone shops and station. There is still some outstanding work to be done around the place including the backyard which will be a small project next year. The available room has a built in robe, new carpet, new blinds and a fresh coat of paint. The neighbours are all lovely and most have been living in the block for the best part of a decade.
