The unit is 2 bedroom, a little bit bigger than a standard 2 bedroom unit, it has a big living room, a nice dining area and kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet, and 2 small courtyards. The room you’d be in is a single room with a built in robe, unfurnished. The rest of the house is furnished, so you’re welcome to bring just yourself and a bed, or add to the furniture and appliances I already have. The rent is $150 p/w not including bills. There’s plenty of street parking, but there’s also a lock up garage you can park in if you’re willing to pay a bit more per week. It’s a short walk to Blackburn and Nunawading stations, a good supermarket and some lovely cafes.
