I am very easy going, friendly and sociable (as applicable) 49 year old male looking for someone to share accommodation here in Blackburn. The rent is $180 per week (half) plus 2 weeks rent for a bond (will provide receipt, return upon moving out obviously subject to you meeting the criteria). It would also require us splitting bills for the gas and electricity and water as they come in. The room that's available is of a decent size, carpeted with a built in robe, hanging space and storage inside and above and also has a chest of drawers, though you can move them out if you have your own. The windows could be said to be double glazed but essentially they are not but there is two sets of windows installed, creating a quieter environment, blocking out some traffic noise (you'll have to come see what I mean). There is only a small shared bathroom with a shower and vanity. The toilet is in separate room elsewhere in the home. I don't currently have any internet connected as I only use my mobile's hotspot for access. You are welcome to get your own internet connection here if you want but I wouldn't contribute financially as I don't have need for much data. Though if you were to get me into watching and streaming heaps of movies say, no issue then for me to consider then splitting this cost back with you. :) Please note that you will be needing to also be added to the lease as per the agents requirements.
