The room is semi furnished with built in wardrobe on second floor. Also sharing the house are my two lovely dogs who sleeps inside. We love our house artsy, nice, clean and tidy. There's bound to be clutter here and there but overall it has a comfortable vibes. We have washing machine and dryer also small backyard . The house itself is located near M3, fast access to city via bus or train. Both are easily accessible. There is a community car par in the area, so welcome to bring your car. Park is nearby, supermarkets is 5 min drive, Doncaster and Boxhill also less than 10 min drive. House rule is pretty straight forward, have to love dogs and don't mind their coats, maintained own hygiene, share the house chores, do your part, respectful, help each other and considerate towards other. And no party, no friends sleep over for long period.
House is always kept clean and tidy. We do share a bathroom but havehad a full house plenty of times, and have made things work. Internet included in rent and netflix if you need. Public transport is close and eastern freeway is just round the corner, so access to the city is very easy.

Looking for someone long-term to go on the lease (at least until October, with the option to extend), unfortunately no pets or couples. Move in date will be ASAP pending landlord approval! The house is very centrally located, just 5 minutes from Deakin Uni (so perfect for anyone studying at Deakin!), 15 minutes from Chadstone, and 2 mins from the no.75 tram, making city commuting easy. It’s also super close to amenities such as a gym and supermarkets. The house is fully furnished, very light filled and comes with two outdoor spaces.
