There's also a little balcony and your own bathroom including bath, shower and toilet. I have two wardrobe A-frame racks available if you'd like and storage cubes. The kitchen is a good size and opens onto the lounge where lots of books and collectables are on display. It's great for entertaining. Large pantry, good bench space, dishwasher and brand new oven. (Electric oven and stove). I have a large comfy couch with two reclining chairs. The dining room has been converted into an art space/photo studio and is communal. There's room in there for bookshelves and storage. Laburnum train station is a ten minute walk and there's also buses right outside the door. Just down the road is what I call Junkfood Junction. There's all sorts of take away and stores there. We're near everything. **Rent and bills paid on time is paramount.** I'm not a neat freak but it's nice if you pick up after yourself and just keep the place clean and tidy. Smoking outside only. If you're not a dog person please don't apply because I need someone willing to give proper commands. It's very rewarding living with a fur-child but you need to be mindful. In return you'll get all the doggo love in the world. I'd like to share my home with someone (preferably) employed who doesn't come home strange hours in the mornings frequently. If you're studying but have not had any trouble paying rent and bills on time before, you may be considered. If you're a fellow geek or artist that's even better but it's not a requirement. We love living in a pretty quiet street close to shops, public transport, a walk/bike track and much more. The house is quite spacious and we have been using the third bedroom as a study/storage room. Extras that are available for use include the dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, steam mop and some space in the fridge! For $20 each a month we are signed up for unlimited wifi internet so that's great for all the other Netflix addicts.
