Our house is in a perfect location, very close to the shops, cafes and public transport. There’s a bus stop right outside the house and it’s a 5 minute drive to Blackburn train station. The house has evaporative coolers which is perfect for hot summer days and ducted heating for the winter time. We have unlimited wifi and the tv in the lounge room has Netflix. We have a front loader washing machine and dryer and 3 toilets in the house. There’s a beautiful big deck out the back where we love to sit and drink coffee in the mornings when it’s not too cold. It’s also Molly’s favourite spot to people watch :) We have a beautiful big kitchen with lots of bench space and brand new oven and stovetop. We also have a dishwasher, but we never use it. The bedroom is a decent size with a double wardrobe and can come furnished or unfurnished, depending on your needs. We have a lovely fishy tank in the lounge room and a beautiful old piano that our previous housemate left behind for us to use. The best part about living here is that every time you come home and walk through the door, Molly is always happy to see you and greets you with a warm welcome and often likes to bring you her toys to say hello. It makes coming home so much more fun and you feel so loved :)
