Hey so I've just rented a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment and am looking for someone to move in :) Rooms are equal size so i'm hoping to get someone to pay around half the rent. This would be $190 per week + bills or $200 including bills. Apartment is super close to Blackburn train station so convenient if you are working/studying on that trainline. Apartment has aircon, dishwasher and I have furnished living areas/kitchen. At the moment your bedroom has a massive cupboard with shelves and a desk+chair so all you would need is a bed (although extra stuff can be removed if you wish). The furnished bedroom is mine but I've included to give you an idea of size with a large queen bed. The wifi can't be connected until the 1st of November :( but from then will be unlimited. Also, I have not purchased a tv yet....don't worry this is a priority of mine so may have one by the time you move in! What else...oh there is a car space if you want it apparently (I don't have a car) and bike racks but not a lot of extra storage space if you require that.

The house is located at a very peaceful location near the eastern freeway. It is 1.5 km away (a 15 min walk/2 min drive) from nunawading station. Bus stops are literally at 2 min walking distance. (going to Boxhill and other going to Doncaster) The house has a fully ducted heating and is fully carpeted to keep it warm in winters.
