We're looking for someone to share a large modern, luxury house in Long Jetty with two small kids. Our property has three bathrooms, an additional outdoor kitchen, lovely outdoor entertaining area and hot outdoor shower. It's fully furnished (note - not the furniture in photos - this was previous owners), however can accommodate an extra TV. So all you need to move in is yourself & your personal items. Room has a double bed and large wardrobe, with your own massive bathroom (used only occasionally for kid's bath) and tv point. House has NBN with wi-fi and has two yards - a front & back yard and security gates to the property. It also has ducted a/con which heats / cools down VERY quickly. Also has gas cooktop and instantaneous gas hot water heating - so we NEVER run out of hot water.
