A small ensuite with shower/tub, toilet and small vanity opens off the bedroom. The bedroom has its own door leading outside, as does the main room. The main room has a kitchenette with microwave, cutlery, crockery, toaster, electric frypan, large bar fridge, small table, 2 chairs, sofa lounge, bookcase, flatscreen TV. The rooms are airy but well-insulated with cavity block construction. There are fans for use in summer and a small ceramic convection wall heater in the living room. We are an easy walk to the foreshore, IGA, Aldi, Bowls Club and shops at Bongaree. WiFi and electricity are included in the rent. The street is wide and quiet so on-street parking is available. We are looking for a quiet, reliable, stable tenant. Rent is $220 including furniture, which is our preference to leave in the rooms, however we may consider renting for $200 without furniture. As these rooms are part of our house, although accessed separately, the lease will be a Rooming Agreement with exclusive use of these rooms.
