I am looking for a dog friendly person to share a 3 bedroom house in Boondall. I am an advertising professional that lives with my fiancé. The house is newly renovated with a new kitchen and laundry. The kitchen features stone benchtops, european appliances and gas cooktop. The house also has new tiles throughout the common areas. The laundry has a dryer and new electrolux front loader washing machine. Laundry powder and dishwashing tablets are supplied. My fiancé and I are very clean and tidy and have an 8 year old golden retriever. The dog is friendly and is an outside dog. Students and professionals welcome. Rent will be $155 per week and includes Netflix, utilities and NBN internet. Non smokers only. The room is unfurnished, has carpet, a 3 speed ceiling fan, security screens, a build-in wardrobe and a smoke alarm. The main bathroom and toilet is only shared with visitors which means that it is basically have your own bathroom and toilet. The house is close walk to the train station and the 310 bus stop. Train ride to city is 29 minutes. On street parking available. Boondall is a great location with close proximity to Australian Catholic University, Taigum & Chermside shopping centres, the Brisbane Entertainment Centre and isn't far from Redcliffe / Sandgate/Shorncliffe foreshore and the the airport. It's also close to the Gateway Motorway, making it easy to go north or south. I am quiet and occasionally have friends over, etc, but do not have parties. parking is currently the only issue with the house, as there is only enough room for two cars which is currently occupied but a quick modification to the garden may provision additional space. the room fits a queen with good moving space and room for extra items, has a typical sliding door arrangement with storage. the bathroom is shared with only one flatmate however its large with plenty of space with both a shower and bathtub. Located on the north side just walking distance from the Brisbane entertainment centre and 15 min walk to the boondall train station NBN internet at the faster speeds (100/40 but will upgrade to 100/100 if necessary) with a dual band WIFI router (means WiFi is fast too) within 5 mins drive to Woolworths, IGA and all fast food requirements are near by. the house has plenty of walking space and a extra large tiled rumpus room with laundry, storage and is currently setup as a VR gaming experience but can be taken down and changed if necessary. the living room is currently setup with a two person couch and 2 beanbags, TV and PlayStation 4's but the couch is planned to be replaced with a larger version when possible. the house has a small outdoor area with a garden that surrounds the house and gets maintained by a garden keeper but any gardening experienced individuals or green thumbs are welcome to take over.

It is very close to public transports of trains and buses. Close to Pub and shops, etc. The house do have air conditioning, wifi, dogs' friendly house, wooden floors, simple country house with big yard view of trees. The bedroom do have chest of drawers, bedside table, wardrobe and queen size bed in small room. We prefer quiet house with small dinner parties. This is close to Sandgate Road, the Gateway Motorway and Boondall Train Station. Despite being close to major roads and trains, the area is really quiet. There is a large open plan lounge, kitchen with heaps of bench space and a large deck. The room has a queen bed, bedside table, small bookshelf and fan. The rest of the house is fully furnished. There is ample street parking available. Rent is $165/week for the room, with a bond of $660. Rent includes gas, electricity, internet, and basic supplies such as washing up liquid, washing powder, basic cleaning products, cling wrap, etc. I like a fairly quiet home and will occasionally entertain on the back deck. I would like a friendly, social flatmate who is open to getting noodle box and watching a movie if we are all around, etc and occasionally going out and about together. Bus to city at the end of the street and just a bit further on is either Deagon or Boondall train station. Water front and lovely sandgate/shornecliffe 5 minutes by bicycle. Fishing close by. You must be easy going love animals and have a healthy lifestyle, that is no smoking no drugs and some drinking. The house is situated in a great place, there's a coles, aldi, seven eleven, subway and a bunch of other shops less than 1k up the road, down the other end is a coles, maccas, noodle box and a handful of shops again. There is also a Queensland tafe. It's only a 5 minute drive to the train station and only a 23minute train ride to the city. The house is in a little coldersack so it is so quiet! The house is good for someone who is studying or working as your two other housemates are busy working. Bills are split evenly between everyone. There are currently already two cats, so no more animals are allowed
The room available is in a townhouse, in a complex in Zillmere. The complex has a pool and tennis court for residential use. Mostly elderly people live in the complex so the noise is minimal. There IS parking, it's just less than a 2 minute walk from the house. There is a park just outside the complex, with a path through it to the 330 and 326 bus stops and Zillmere train station is a 15 minute walk away. There's many shops and take out places close by. Taigum Shopping Centre is a 20 minute walk away, and there's a 7/11, dominos and many other places a 10/15 walk away. There's also a doctors office nearby too. Westfield Chermside is less than a 10 minute drive away. There's also a courtyard out the back of the house with a clothesline. Furniture: The furniture isn't the same as the photos. The bedroom won't be furnished, but the rest of the house is (better if I may say so myself). There is a fridge, washing machine, couch, television and dining set for use, as well as dishes and any other appliances you may need. But if you have anything to bring, let me know and we can find the room or store it for you. The Bedroom: Is well-sized, can easily fit a queen bed and bedside tables with a heap of room to spare. There are built-ins spanning one wall, so plenty of storage space! There's a nice big window that provides great lighting, with good curtains that block out the light decently. There's also little noise from outside, so disruption isn't an issue. The Bathroom: Is between the two bedrooms upstairs and is shared with the one other occupant. The toilet is separate to the bathroom and the bathroom contains a shower and a bath. There's also a second toilet downstairs. The Kitchen: Includes a dishwasher. Good space and it also has an insinkerator which scared the crap out of me when I discovered it hahah Bond is $740, as well as 2 weeks rent, $370 You can be placed on the lease. Bills are paid separately. We put away $30 a fortnight for them and that's worked well for us. (So $400 total a fortnight for rent and bills) Including NBN unlimited internet!
