Looking for a friendly flatmate or couple to stay in a large unfurnished (although there is a spare queen sized bed in the spare room), air conditioned bedroom in our comfortable two-story townhouse. The room does not have an en-suite but you'd generally have the bathroom to yourself and a full size shower. We've got a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The house is a 5 minute walk to the train station and bus stop on Handford Rd. Shops (7-11, IGA, Domino's and a cafe) are just around the corner, and we're right next to the PCYC and library. We're a 5 min drive to Taigum Centro, 10 min to Chermside shopping centre. We have a very friendly dog and a cat, so we're looking for someone pet friendly :) Pets may be welcome depending on circumstances. The rent is $140 per week, internet and electricity included.
