My current housemates are moving out so my 2yr old fur-baby Lilly and I are looking for a new one (or ones)! NB While Lilly is very well behaved - if you’re not keen on dogs – you need not apply (she definitely rules the roost)!! The house is in a great spot – just off Hawker Street - so it’s just a 5minute walk to Plant4 (where Lilly and I are regulars at the Friday night markets) a short walk/ride along the Torrens into the city, and about 20min drive to the beach. There are three big bedrooms - two at the front of the house and the third off the living room. All three are the same size. I’ve pretty well furnished the rest of the house (my parents were very happy to get their spare room back)! But if you come with extra furniture - I’m sure we can work it out. Same goes with appliances and kitchenware😊 Oh and there is air con (split system in the living room which is in the middle of the house), heating (gas - again in the living room) and we’re hooked up to the NBN.
