I’m sensible, mature, independent and can teach you how to stop, drop and roll if needed! Haha. I’d ultimately like someone respectful, considerate and tidy. You can see the sizes and layout of the house from the floor plan pic. My house is fully furnished, aside from the bedroom that I’m renting out. I am happy to have the room furnished if required. The bedroom has a built in wardrobe, a door that leads out to the patio area and has side access through the side gate, and is right beside the main bathroom and toilet. There is air conditioning in the main areas. I have a 5 month old puppy who’s a staffy/poodle (random combo I know! Haha), so I would love if someone also had a small dog who moved in. I have a decent sized and fully fenced yard for a dog to be happy in. Otherwise, someone who loves dogs would be ideal. Weekly rent includes wifi, power and water. Foxtel now is on the loungeroom tv. I’m pretty easy going and have no issues with you having your partner/friends/family over. I am, however, not looking for someone who parties. You can also have private use of the main bathroom (if you're willing to share the bath from time to time haha). We are situated extremely close to public transport - 100m walk to bus stops and 15 minute walk to Bald Hills Train Station. I am very house proud so like it to be kept clean and tidy. Must Love Kids. Ideal for Grandparent, Parent or Someone who loves kids. The house has 3 rumpus/lounge rooms and my kids have friends sleep over all the time so plenty of room for grand kids to crash on weekends. I live right next to the school and frequently have 10+ kids come over on Thursday/Friday after school and sleep over every second weekend but fear not there is a lounge room primarily for adults so we can escape the chaos. The two bedrooms for rent are located on the second level at one end of an extremely large two story split level house. Kids bedrooms are located below the flatmate rooms and there is insulation in the ceiling. Myself and the babies sleep on a 3rd level at the other end of the house which is separated by a double brick wall.
