My dogs are completely okay when I’m on night shift and have their own secure and sectioned off area with everything they need, with access to the backyard, so I don’t need someone to look after them but it would just be nice if someone was there occasionally :). My house is fully furnished. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. The lounge room has aircon and there’s a new washing machine and dryer in the laundry. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and built in wardrobe. I’ll make room for you in the kitchen, linen cupboard, storage in the garage etc. I have no issues with you using my things as long as it’s a mutual sharing situation and mutual respect :)
Mostly said it all in the about section.... complex has a pool, nature strip at the back so only 2 neighbours and I hardly have heard the neighbours and lived here for near 2 years. Both rooms have great quiet ceiling fans and the living area downstairs has aircon.
I am offering one bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobe, a duchess, also has a cool split system air-conditioner. The rent also includes your own toilet and bathroom, plus another room for watching tv or using the computer( all supplied), or use it as your own private, furnished office. Undercover parking / entrance, via remote control roller door for your car. I have been told my cooking and cleaning is not great, so someone who likes to cook a few dinners each week (for 2) and keep the place clean, would be preferred. Rooms are currently furnished though can be emptied for your stuff. We enjoy games nights and outdoor entertaining, music and adventures. We're omnivores and do our best to live a green lifestyle. I live in a great area of Carseldine, thats super quiet and chill, but also close to the train station and only $25 uber into the Valley. We have a big yard, ceiling fans and screened windows (have never really needed air con as the house doesn't get that hot) The bathroom is shared - however I am the only other housemate (the dog goes outside) and the shower and toilet etc are seperate. Off street parking. Internet and Netflix included in rent. Whoever moves in will be joining me on the lease - so will need to submit an application to my real estate and pay bond, but I will help with all of that :)

Or same size room without one, gas stove top, welcome to plates and cutlery, massive couch to kick back on, deck out the back, Ohh and there’s heaps of storage in the bathroom for your personal items, Not really any hectic rules, just keep the communal area tidy Don’t hesitate to hit us up ✌🏽

Rent includes internet & Netflix. 7 minutes walk to bus and shops. 20 minute walk to train station. Easy drive to everything. The rent includes everything. All that is required is good regular hygiene & respect to others.

I have a scandi vibe going on* This is a 4 bedroom property (only 3 housemates all up) that is close to public transport - both buses and trains- and is close to a leisure complex and shopping centre. The rent that I ask is inclusive of (fair use) of all utilities for longer term stay. For shorter term stays specifically over holiday periods rate is available upon request. I am in 4017 Sandgate/Deagon border....our area has excellent infrastructure with easy access to the M1 North and South. I have a fully renovated post-war cottage on the Sandgate/Deagon border with a detached studio freestanding from the house and with it's own entrance and deck; 200 mtrs walk to train (Shorncliffe line); 12 mins walk to waterfront, kitesurfing etc. cafe's, boutique bars, markets, parks and local theatre (Town Hall) etc.. 30 min train into CBD with additional trains running during peak hours); 12 - 15 mins drive to Chermside; quick and easy access to the M1 North and South and approximately 15 mins drive to airport (train runs to airport however one changeover at Eagle Junction is necessary) and about similar to Nudgee, 20 mins to 'the other side' over the bridge, Redcliffe. 12 mins walk to Sandgate transport interchange, with trains and buses access. Drive into the CBD much depends upon traffic flow and the time that you leave home. 'Normal' flow would see you in the CBD in 25 mins. I am happy for tenants to use the full kitchen in the house if that is what you would like/require. Also happy to share a cuppa/tv/chat if that is what might suit your needs. I have 2 small terrier mix rescue pups who pretty much easily warm to people. They are indoor/outdoor pets in my house and are part of the family....they don't have unfettered access to the studio tho :-). I am not insistent on a length of stay commitment however I would appreciate 2 weeks notice to vacate if circumstances permit. All utilities and own bathroom ( all inclusive rent per week is $330.00 for the studio for stay over 3 weeks - (includes fair use of water, electricity, gas, mowing for one). Short term stay: two nights (min) is $75.00/night; one week to three weeks attracts a 15% discount on the nightly rate; 4 weeks plus attracts a 25%discount on the nightly rate or by negotiation for individual applicants. Pets are by negotiation only. Rates may be negotiated on request. Day to day cleaning is up to you for stays in excess of one week:-). A cleaner can be arranged at an additional charge of $29.00/hr ( a clean involving floors, bathroom/toilet; kitchen and linen change with bed remade is usually 1.5 hrs..
