The secure, level 5 apartment with two car parks, overlooks the Yarra River and has lots of park lands for walks/jogs/rides right outside. The open floor design includes a kitchen with dishwasher, a large living room, A/C and a balcony with a bbq. The bedroom has mirrored BIRs and is large enough for a queen-sized bed. You will also have your own bathroom with toilet. I have NBN which we would share the cost and water and gas is included in the rent. So the only bills will be electricity and internet.
