The property is a two level private detached townhouse. The available bedroom is over-sized with built in robes, it's own en suite and balcony. You will also get off street parking in the double lock up garage. 10 mins walk to Burnley train station which will get you into the city in 2 stops. Alternatively the tollway is right at the door but there is zero road noise as the home sits well back from the street/ freeway. Your room also has air conditioning. The location is great and the property is fully furnished. All you need is a mattress as a queen bed base is provided if you need. There is also a courtyard with an outdoor setting but I'll need to get clear the weeds and give it a good clean as I don't use the area much at all. Note that pictures are not current and the furniture is different. It will still give you a good idea about the space. PS: Free Netflix is also included! :)

We have a fantastic room in a large, modern home in Richmond for rent. We’ve all been living here for about two years and our lovely housemates are moving in together. Emilia works at a wellness centre, is a qualified nutritional therapist and has an incredible knowledge bank on a plethora of topics which always makes for amazing conversation. She loves going to expos, shows and gigs. Kylene works in the food delivery game in strategy, has recently picked up surfing and loves to hike. She is not often home but when she is, she always likes to sit down for a chat. Quentin owns a bakery so expect fresh croissants and sourdough bread on a daily basis. He is usually in bed early and wakes up early too so the house never feels crowded nor do the bathrooms (we have two). We all also love cheese, a good vino and enjoy having friends around for dinner or for board games. We are looking for a couple who are of a similar age range, enjoy chats every now and again and are clean and respectful of the other housemates. Looking for someone to move into the second bedroom of my flat, because my current roomie is heading home to Malaysia. This ground floor apartment is right across from a huge park in Hawthorn, with an IGA and cafe's around the corner. Hawthorn station, with trains to the city or Swinburne Uni, and Riversdale Junction with the 70 and 75 trams are both 5 minute away. It's a pretty laid back apartment. Drinks with mates is all good, but it's not a great place for a party. There's a huge TV with an xbox in the living/dining room & a little balcony for smokos. Your bedroom has a double bed & a study desk with built in robes.
