The house is quite a large old workers cottage. The rooms are big, the bathroom is huge and the garden is deep. We have a lovely fireplace in the living room and reverse cycle aircon in the bedrooms and lounge. There is space to park one car in the backyard under a tree. I don't use this space at all. The house is on a very quiet street, close to a few parks as well as to the train station, trams, the Yarra bike path and the Monash Freeway. It is within strolling distance of Swan St.
