The courtyard is amazing and is perfect for having friends over. Your bedroom is the master bedroom and it is HUGE. Outgoing tenant had his bed, a desk, two side tables and a chest of drawers and still had plenty of room. The room also has A/C and a ceiling fan as well as a BIR. The parking situation is hard as there is only one spot and I am using it. There are permits out the front you could potentially get, otherwise we have tram stop at the end of the street and a train station directly over the road. Monthly rent is calculated with the formula: week = Per Calendar Month × 12 / 365.25 × 7 or $270 = $1174 x 12 / 365.25 x 7 If you were paying every 4 weeks, the due date would change every time. You would essentially be paying the same amount per day, just more frequently. There are more than 4 weeks in a calendar month We each pay our own board money before the month starts. So if your month starts on the 23rd, it will be due on the 22nd. Our Richmond townhouse is in the ideal location situated in between Swan Street and Bridge Road. It is just a 3 minute walk to Burnley station and a 2 minute walk to Tram 70. Richmond, Flinders Street, Hawthorn, South Yarra and Toorak are only a few stops away. Great local cafes including Friends of Mine and Jethro only a few steps away, as well as a abundance of restaurants and pubs along Swan Street just a 10 minute walk (far enough to not be noisy). There is also easy access to the Yarra River for beautiful walks. We have netflix, stan, a killer record collection and lots of board games.
