Location! After 12 months I am unfortunately leaving Richmond to move a little further out of the city. But my loss is your gain and you have the opportunity to take my room in this convenient sharehouse. I'll be honest- it's on the older side but is perfectly liveable and includes all the necessaries. The house is mostly furnished except for your bedroom which is the smallest in the house but can comfortably fit a doubly bed (I have a queen so it's a little squishy) and has a skylight as it's an internal room. There is a shared bathroom in the top floor and a seperate toilet/washroom on the ground. The kitchen is huge and has gas cooking, there is a seperate laundry and small backyard/outdoor area. The front has a carport which is mostly used for storage but there is plenty of on street parking (permit or public). If you've got any other questions send them in!
