It is kept in good clean condition and the kitchen and bathroom have been renovated in recent times. I believe this is a great place if you work in the area or even study as it doesn't take much time to get to the motorway. The tafe is also just around the corner.

We have a beautiful location here, all services within easy reach either at Nambour or Mapleton. Extensive views to the coast when it's sunny lol, but it's still beautiful on cloudy days :). Country style living, small acreage, quiet, relaxed and private. A small, open fireplace in the lounge keeps it cosy and warm and it's hope that tenants will feel at home, that this is not just lodgings. The house is to be shared and areas of care and cleaning agreed upon at the beginning. Full kitchen, lounge, laundry, deck and pool shared. Utilities (gas, electricity, internet - NBN) included in rent, however, this property is on tank water and if water has to be purchased we will need to share this cost (though with thoughtful use of water this is unlikely). Room 1 is large with huge wardrobe and cupboard space, fan, a little romeo and juliet balcony with great views over the pool to the sea. The picture here is a bit dark (backlit) but the room is North facing and has beautiful light throughout the day, and cool breezes in summer. The bathroom is shared only by any visitors to the house as the Room 2 and my room each have ensuites. Room 2 is fairly small but has deep cupboards and hanging space in the built-in wardrobe. It is a lovely room with ceiling fan, has it's own ensuite with external access, and is the quietest room in the house.

Conveniently located 200m walk to main bus which can go into heart of Nambour 7mins or anywhere on the coast. I have a smaller sized room with or without Queen bed, desk bedside tables etc private enough you can have your own tv in if your an introvert. The house has a beautiful open plan which carries out onto a great large deck that overlooks an abundance of green with little peeks out to the Blackall Range. The bedroom is a good size and has built in wardrobes but other bedroom furniture is needed. The blue tape in the photos is no longer there. All rooms have ceiling fans and the living space has an aircon for the super hot days. You will have a bathroom mostly to yourself also. If you have a green thumb you are welcome to get involved in the garden. I have recently moved in, so it is slowly developing but I am keen to plant a lot more edibles.
The place is only about 10-15 minutes from Maroochydore, and probably about the same for Mooloolaba down the highway. I have unlimited internet and 3 lovely cats, one of which will definitely love you. The room can be furnished or semi-furnished or just completely empty. You will have a study nook which you could put up a room divider and it becomes your own area. There are two car spaces in the complex if you can get it, otherwise there is heaps of safe street parking. Woombye is a lovely little village and feels nice and safe.
