Hello! I've got a 2 bedroom apartment, 1 bathroom shared with me, a big kitchen and massive living room in Abbotsford. It's a quiet little place but still close enough to the city. There's public transport and off street parking. The room will be unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is good to go. We won't have internet but can get it together. Energy is not included but normally around $200 each every 3 months. Min stay 5 months. 4 weeks rent for the bond. I'm pretty relaxed at home but would appreciate someone who is tidy and willing to pitch in to maintain the communal areas. To me, home is somewhere safe and easy to come back to after a big day at work.
