Situated in a very good neighbourhood in Hillvue with wonderful views over the Liverpool ranges, this executive home is conveniently situated in a quiet street, but close to all amenities by car (2 mins to IGA, 3 mins to Coles, 5-6 mins to Woolies and 7 mins to the CBD). This fully furnished house suits a single employed person looking for a very comfortable standard of accommodation. The whole house (including bedrooms) have both reverse cycle and evaporative air conditioning in all rooms. In winter you will can enjoy instant underfloor gas heating or snuggle in front of a lovely fireplace. In summer there is both evaporative and reverse cycle air-conditioning, as well as fans in the bedrooms. There are two lounge areas, formal dining area, informal dining area which can be used as a study, a fully-equipped kitchen including water filter, outside BBQ and leafy entertainment area. If cooking is your thing, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a large variety of appliances. A room is available with queen sized bed, built-in wardrobes, side table, and overhead bed reading light. The bathroom is a 3-way bathroom shared with just one other person, and there are a total of three people living in the house. We share the cleaning and the cost of utilities and communal items (eg, dishwashing liquid, paper towels, etc). There is a bus stop just 100 metres up the road, but a car is recommended to get around Tamworth. We are sociable and enjoy a chat, but also respect your space and privacy. If you want a comfortable, fuss-free house that just lets you get on with your life, you will feel at home here! Preference will be given to people who want long-stay accommodation (6 months or more). Sorry, no pets or couples, and also it is a non-smoking house/yard. Inspections welcome!
