Room- Room is massive, with enough space for a king bed easy. There are built in wardrobe but it's missing a door, though there's still plenty of shelving. The air conditioner keeps you cool in the summer. Note- The photos are drab as shit on account of my phone, not the place itself. Location- Aldi is about 20 metres away, you can walk to the front door in less than a minute. The plaza is a 5 minute walk and has Woolies, a doctors, pharmacy, dentist, etc. Situated just off Canterbury Road, there's plenty of places for a feed within walking distance. There's a pub a few minutes walk down and across the road. Ashfield Plaza is about a 15 minute bus ride away. Transport- While there is parking on the street if you have a car, you won't need one. House is a 3 minute walk from Canterbury station (30 minutes to central). 3 minute walk to the bus stop for the starting point for the 428 to Martin Place (passes through Newtown, USYD, Haymarket, etc) and 445 Campsie-Balmain (passes through Leichhardt). Across the road is the stop for the 491 Hurstville- Five Dock (passes through Ashfield). You can also use the 428 and you'll be at Dulwich Grove Light Rail in 5 minutes. The House- The house has 3 bedrooms but one of them is a sort of detached upstairs area which you won't normally see as that's Zoe's room. The lounge room is big and there's a piano in there for anyone brave enough. Bathroom with a bathtub/shower. Kitchen is large and the stove is pretty fancy for the masterchefs. Washer and dryer in the laundry. There's also an extremely affectionate cat running around.

SHORT TERM STAY BETWEEN 1 SEPT TO 20 OCT. It's a very spacious apartment with a massive balcony. Tiled floors. A lot of storage space for stuff. All amenities are present. Aircon can be provided for 20$ extra per week. The rest is a part of the package. Doors are lockable. You will get keys for easy access. Parking is not a part of the package. However, there is plenty of off-street parking available. Public areas are all accessible. Your privacy will be respected and it's a request that you respect ours. Storage space would be provided in kitchen cabinets, fridge and shelves. Woolies and ALDI is very close alongside restaurant and cafe. The suburb is very peaceful and not crowded at all. Pharmacy and Medical centre is also present. The apartment is 5 mins away from the city and it takes 20 mins to get to Central station. Served by trains and buses. 5 mins to station for T3 line. No dryer or dish washer. Spacious balcony and privacy. We are very quiet and considerate of each other.
The unit is in a secured property. It is literally across the park making the atmosphere peaceful and conducive for chill living. You only need to walk for three (3) minutes to get to the Station (train) which is twenty (20) minutes going to the city. A little less than a minute, you will be at the bus station if you need to go or work in Newtown or the Grounds which is less than twenty (20) minute bus ride. If you need to stock up, woolies is a two (2) minute walk. If you want to go cheaper, Aldi is just a seven (7) minute walk. If you want to go for some Asian goodies, take the train and Campsie is just right next to Canterbury Station (2 minutes by train). The unit is furnished with all necessary furnishing and equipment. There's a huge balcony where we can do bbq. Neighbours? They're all nice and quiet. Most, if not all, works in the corporate so they always go out between 6am-9am and get home 5pm-7pm. That is the reason why this is like a hidden sanctuary where it is quiet.
