I have a spare bedroom in a pet friendly 2BR house in Canterbury, available from the 21st of December. You can inspect the property anytime I’m available. You can select the bedroom you would prefer. Price does vary slightly between the two rooms, with the Master bedroom for $320 or the second room for $280 Master bedroom - This sun filled room is approximately 3 X 4.5M with built in mirrored robe down one wall. Full length windows with vertical blinds along the main wall looking out over the tidy front yard to the street. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac so it is very quiet. The second bedroom is slightly smaller, also with built in robe and a window facing the morning sun that also has vertical blinds. It is bright and has a beautiful airy feel. This is currently my room, though I am happy to move to the larger room if you would prefer. The house itself has very good floorboards throughout, with a large combined lounge and dining area with a nice clean kitchen with a large modern fridge and electric oven and cook top. This flows through to a large sunroom at the rear of the house that is wall to wall glass, looking out to the beautiful back yard. The main bathroom, located between the bedrooms and lounge/dining area is a beautiful 40’s styled room, with separate bath and shower, toilet and full wall mirror at shoulder height. There is a small mirrored toiletries cabinet as well. Through the backdoor off the sunroom is a tilled veranda with a large external laundry and a second toilet on the other side. Our backyard is fairly large, with a seasonal vege garden and a large BBQ. It has a beautiful Frangipani that offer plenty of shade. The garage at the back of the property is utilised as a small workshop with storage. Directly in front of the garage is a separate outdoors area that is sundrenched and peaceful. The driveway easily accommodates two cars for off street parking, and there is plenty of space on the street for parking as well. The house will be relatively free of furniture, though I won’t be totally certain what items will be here until the end of December once my flatmate has taken the last of her things, and what I have collected or made between now and then.
