This 4 bedroom new townhouse is close to Westfield Carindale, 1 block away from bus's into the city on Old Cleveland road which are within 10min each, There is a double garage (one space is available) but i have never found parking on the street a problem (if you want the garage space it'll be an extra $10 per week). So people with the garage will pay $160 without will pay $150, air conditioning in the living room and fans in bedrooms ( i have found these are fine ) the bedrooms have there own builtin wardrobes and shelves. There are 2 bathrooms one in an ensuite room (not available) and a common one there is also a downstairs toilet so I guess you could say there is 2.5 bathrooms. The kitchen is full with my utensils and it has a dishwasher and an oven.
The unit is in a complex with a pool directly across from westfield carindale. With carindle bus exchange 5 mins walk from the unit and buses to the city leaving every 10mins on either the 222, 200, 204 etc and two 24 hr gyms close by. The room is at the rear of the third level of the townhouse. It is furnished with a double bed and bedside table and has a built in wardrobe. Although the bed can be stored in garage if you have your own. Comfortably fits a queen bed and bedside tables. The bathroom will be shared with one person. House hold cleaning is shared although if it became an issue we wouldn't be opposed to hiring a cleaner once a fortnight/ once per week if we all agreed and split the cost 3 ways. The living room, dining area and kitchen is on the second level and here is a small verandah with a Bbq off the front and a small back yard to the rear. The house is fully furnished although some room could be made if you have a few furnishings. The last house mate chose to move out rather than have to clean up his own mess, so if you are lazy and cannot clean up after yourself immediately and cannot respect shared areas then you will not be a good match.
