Hi potential housemate, I’ve managed to secure a spacious 3 bedroom 2 storey townhouse in Carlton and am looking for two engaging and tidy housemates at $250 per week, which includes unlimited internet, Netflix and EPL coverage with split bills for other utilities. It is available from the 1st of December, open to short term or long term stayers but would prefer short term which could be extended if it works. The house is in a fantastic location only 15 minutes walk to the University of Melbourne and with trams and buses on the doorstep it is 15 minutes into the city, while also being very close to the bars and attractions around Fitzroy and Brunswick.
