There’s a big outdoor area with a veggie garden, a stunning rooftop area with a 360 view on the city, bbq and a pizza oven with a huge veggie and herbs patch for a bit of party with friends. Insulation for noise and temperature is efficient to keep the energy bills down. Recycled water to flush the toilet and for doing the washing is great, eco friendly and economic.
