Hi all, Two rooms coming available this November (little flexible) in a Carnegie two-storey flat that's 1km from both Carnegie and Murrumbeena stations - very handy after a night out. Very close to two prominent shopping/restaurant/cafe strips as well. Flat is in a block of 5 but is the largest of them all, with its own separate and private entrance and courtyard. The room sizes are 3.7 x 2.6 ($145/w) and 3.7 x 2.7 ($155/w) plus built-in-robes. The rooms become available on the 20th of November although some painting and new carpet will be going on for about a week after that so its up to you whether you want to move in before or after that work is done. The rest of the flat will be overhauled to be completely modern in the coming months after (new hardwood floors, added bathroom and laundry, 2 redone bathrooms, new kitchen, new larger living room..etc). I have two dogs. A 7 year old female labrador named Bonnie and a 3 year old male golden retriever x labrador/border collie named Argus. Subsequently, my place is very pet friendly. The location is proximate to all the shop and restaurants you could think of. There's lots of nearby parkland. It's very suburban. The house itself has three bedrooms - I occupy one of them. There is one bathroom with a sink and shower and another with a toilet. The house is fully furnished. There is a BBQ and a hills hoist. A spacious, contained, back yard and a front yard of similar size. There's plenty of parking. There's garage is a rather well equiped home gym on account of my hobby and profession. If you know what you're doing you can use this space. If you don't know what you're doing I can show you if you're interested. If you're not interested that is also fine. There's wifi and all the other stuff I can think that a human needs to survive these days. The house is clean to the extent you may expect from a single male. The dog hair is an ongoing battle and that is the major preoccupation when it comes to my cleaning efforts.

Its a great townhouse with loads of space. There is plenty of common areas and ALSO plenty of private space. So if you like spending times with others or just having some time to yourself, there is no problem! The house itself is on a quiet street whilst still being super connected to two train stations (Carnegie 7 mins, Caulfield 12 minds). Its only 12 minutes away from Monash University walking and 5 minutes away from Chadstone in a car! This room is not furnished whilst the rest of the house is. The lease is due to expire mid October however we will be looking to sign at least a 6 month lease before then.
