You will share the house with one more male only. It's a very quiet place so looking for someone (male/female only, no couple) who is not noisy at all and gives importance to general cleanliness. Preferably a postgraduate student from Monash. It's about 13 mins walk or 2 mins drive from Caulfield Campus. Rent per month is AUD 800. It is very close to public transport (5 mins walking from Hughsdale or 10 mins from Murrumbeena train stations) There are buses available to go to Chadstone shopping center or Southland just 1 and a half block from home.
