We signed the lease 6 months ago to this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse spanning across 3 levels based in Caulfield North. Unfortunately, one of our housemates is moving to New Zealand so we are looking for a new housemate to move in. Downstairs is the entrance hall and third bedroom with ensuite. This is the room up for rent. It will fit a queen bed, beside tables and drawers however does not have built in robes. I've just added photos of the room, I estimate the dimensions to be 3m x 3m plus the ensuite. Rent for the room will be $900 per calendar month.
