After living here for almost 2 years the time has come for me to move a little closer to my new workplace so we are the on the hunt for my replacement housemate in our charming 3 bedroom house in Caulfield North, available from the 27th of September. You'd be living with Jo and Sasha in a great 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Caulfield. The location is perfect with the tram stop at the end of the street and Caulfield Station and Derby Road about a 5 minute walk away. The room free is on the front left side of the house, looking out into the front yard. It's really spacious over 3.5m x 3m. I've but up both images of it furnished or unfurnished so you can have an idea of how great the room is. It's enough space for a king bed with a desk. While the room will be unfurnished, there is a large built in wardrobe for you to store your clothes. The house is a little older but super homely, our landlord has kept the place in great condition and any issue we've had with the property has been resolved. The house has a new ducted heating unit, gas stove, dishwasher, separate laundry room, two bathrooms (one with bathtub), garage and driveway parking and a great paved outdoor area with a cute bungalow which we currently aren't using but are open to suggestions.
