Hi Myself and my partner have a double room available for rent in our 2 bedroom apartment. It is in a bright and quiet apartment block. It's a nice apartment with 2 bedrooms that are separated by a hallway and separate bathroom and shower room. The kitchen and dining area is separate to the large living room which overlooks balcony. There is a communal laundry in the apartment block (not many other people seem to use it) and plenty of space for off street parking. The apartment is a 2 minute walk to Dandenong road for the 5 and 64 tram that can take you to Malvern or Windsor railway station or straight to the city in less than 30 minutes.The next street over is Orrong road with some cafes, restaurants and shops close by. We are both from Ireland, are 30yo, both working full time. We enjoy catching up with friends and going out for dinner and drinks at the weekend. This is a corner block and an older building which means large rooms, high ceilings and fantastic north-facing aspect... great when the weather cooperates! The place is quite central with only a couple minutes walk to nearby Glenhuntly road which has a large selection of stores, restaurants and public transport access. This building has 5 other flats, all other tenants are retirees so there is almost no noise and they never use the shared facilities such as outdoor entertaining areas. The next door neighbor is in her 90's and quite hard of hearing so no matter how much noise we make, we will never get a noise complaint! The room has a wardrobe, desk, chair, double bed and some other bits & pieces.
