The open plan living has an island bench in the kitchen with dishwasher and all stainless steel appliances opening to a large living room with french doors leading the balcony with room for a BBQ and chairs. Your bedroom has built in robes and you'll use the main bathroom for yourself which has a bath for you to soak in :-) gone are those backpacking days!!!! Ha! There is a european laundry, security parking for one car and a security system with intercom. All this is within walking distance to public transport, cafes and parks! I have my own furniture, sofa, kitchenwares, washing machine planning on buying a fridge... Caulfield is a great suburb to live and has everything around where we live. Only 10 minutes from St.kilda on the tram and 15-20 minutes to Flinders Station. There is a Tram Stop more or less at our door step so there is number 3,16,64 which is very handy and 5 minutes on tram to either Balaclava Caulfield or Malvern Train Station so public transport is great if you don't have a car. Coles & Woolworths at these Stops as well. Also Caulfield park is very nice place to visit or if you like to keep fit running round it is very good, only 2 minutes from the flat.

Our flat is spacious, close to shops, and about a five minute walk to the closest train station and tram stops, so getting around is easy and convenient. The flat is cool in the summer, and has central heating for winter. Our street itself is nice and quiet, and our neighbours are friendly. Hi We are looking for a new housemate to share this three bedroom home. It is a furnished, two story townhouse. There is one bathroom, which contains a shower, toilet and spa bath upstairs, and there is another toilet down stairs. The house has two small court yards, in the front and back of the place. Balaclava station is a short walk away and there are trams all over the place. The available bedroom is large and contains a bed and a desk. It has a wardrobe and there is plenty of storage room. We are looking for professionals, preferably in their mid-twenty's to mid-thirty's to share the house with. People who are reasonably quiet during the week and wont bring the whole party back to the house on weekends. we like to have fun but this isn't a party house. People who also don't mind doing their share of cleaning/house work every week. No students or couples please. You will be sharing the house with a 33 year old software engineer. I am working full time during the week so prefer the weeknights to relax. I am down to earth and very respectful and i would also like you to be the same. The other housemate is a 30 year old retail employee who works during the week. The rent for the room is $220pw which includes the internet.
