It has a huge backyard, which is great for entertaining! About the location: The house is situated on a quiet street right behind High Street, which is full of great cafes and shops. Its a 3 min walk from the tram (Route 6 - to Chapel St and the City, Routes 16 and 5 are also very close to walk to) and 3 mins to the train station (Armadale). We are also a 5 min drive or 20 min walk to Chapel Street!

Room One, with rent at $900 per calendar month, is the master bedroom in the house with two inbuilt wardrobes and ample room for a king size bed and desk as well as book shelf. Room Two, with rent at $800 per calendar month, easily fits a queen sized bed and two book shelves with an inbuilt wardrobe shelving unit and hanging space in the cupboard across the hall is needed.
