The total cost of all bills is set at $35pw; which covers electricity, gas and unlimited internet. Bond is 4 weeks rent to put a paw on the key. The minimum stay is one month otherwise 4 weeks notice required on exit and that's it. The house is a designer furnished, beautiful Spanish-revivalist/Cali style heritage home, full of features. Situated within a peaceful cul de sac, the entrance is opposite a cheerful junior college and the convenience of regular trams. The tram line here is quite convenient as there is a service that tours you up St Kilda Rd and right onto Swanston street. Balaclava train station is also among a thorough variety of provisions on Carlisle Street. Notably also, is a glass ceiling in the lounge area, and the shipwright crafted kitchen (which has since featured in assembling the Qantas inflight entertainment video that welcomes passengers to Australia). Toward the back of the house, there is a full sized forest-redgum polished timber bar among the open living area, which connects a variety of enclosed outdoor spaces. If useful to you, there is also endless garage/attic storage, and on-street parking permits for bayside residents.
