We lived in a Townhouse just 3 minutes walk from Malvern train station. Looking for a long-term housemate. Room will be available since Oct.1st 2018. *I have a naughty cat. If you hate cats or are allergic to cat hair, we feel sorry, but we need a roommate who can accept cat. * The room we rented is on the second floor and there was a balcony outside the room. There is no other furniture except the air conditioner and the two closets in the room. The room can fit in a Queen size bed. There is only one bathroom in the house, but there are two toilets. Basic kitchen appliances and kitchen utensils are already in place. If you don't cook, I would love to cook for you if you pay for me 8 dollars per meal, of course this just a option. Bills all share, 240 dollars per week without bill. Me and my housemate both study in Monash Uni, so we will not always be at home, but about cleaning we do have rules for our lovely house, we gonna tell you the details about this part if you DM me, because we want the house can always be clean and comfy for everyone. This is a great place to live, with my personal favourite feature being the all white decor filled with natural light. Combined with the charcoal carpet the flat feels fresh/clean and will give you a blank slate to add your personal touch. On a more practical note, it has reverse cycle air-conditioning, a dish washer and european laundry. There is ample street parking so finding a park will not be a problem and permit not required. There aren't any existing house rules as such but on weekends we each clean one of kitchen, bathroom and vacuuming and alternate each week.
