This is a two bedroom unit. Located in Unley Park, great place if you love getting out for a walk. Short walk to the bus/train stop to King William Street. This house has a decent size living space , air-conditioning and a kitchen with a grill and oven. For those we a green thumb, we have a large garden surrounding the place however, this is maintained by the owners of the property (if you aren't into gardening). The bedroom is unfurnished (happy to furnish the room for $10 a week as i don't own the place) however, has a built in wardrobe and a big window. Friendly sharehouse in a great location. It's a really good spot for people needing to catch public transport with train and tram spots ten minutes away. We've just moved in and we are still in the process of getting everything we want for the house/deciding on how to set up our furniture, We do have all the essentials already such as a fridge/washing machine and basic furniture. The three of us also have quite a large collection of plants! Basically we are looking for someone keen to come in and help us set up a great house with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The house itself is on a quiet street and has lots to offer. It has a big communal space and a good kitchen, an outdoor entertaining area, big garage, and a really nice garden with some established fruit trees and lots of potential for planting some veggies. There is airconditioning and fans in all the rooms, a gas heater in the communal area, and we've just had NBN internet installed. Internet and bills are split equally between housemates. The room up for grabs has good light and is a decent size - it would easily fit a double bed in there and also has a big walk in robe.

Welcome to our home! Hey:) Molly (23), Lucy (25), and I (30) have a small room in a lovely big house. A little about us; Molly is studying Medical Science and working hospitality, I work 9-5 with the RAA, and Lucy works for Telstra and is studying floristry. Our house is very homely, we enjoy home cooked meals, and when the weather is warmer the backyard is our favourite spot. We have two dogs, a Kelpie X Collie called Mungo and a Kelpie called Cujo (dog lovers encouraged). We are looking for a a friendly, easy going person. While the room is small, there are numerous large shared areas and we're keen to find someone that is social. We like cleanliness, dishes done after you cook, and once a week the shared spaces are cleaned. Someone who enjoys a few laughs, good conversation, quality tv shows, decent music, and a weekend beerski would be perfect. The room would suit an exchange student or someone travelling light!
