Sorry, no pets, no smokers. Room: The room is a massive unfurnished bedroom with built in wardrobe that extends to the height of the ceiling. It fits a Queen-sized bed and bedside tables comfortably with room for extra furnishings. There is a TV socket in the room. There is also very fast, unlimited cable internet (100mbit). Cost of the room is $175 per week. Internet, electricity, gas and water are extra. They are split evenly between us. The utilities in general are very reasonable. Bond is $700.
