Recently refurbished 2 bedroom apartment in Clayfield with a great sized living room, perfect for movie nights and entertaining friends. Less than 1 minute walk to Clayfield train station and bus stops that take you to the city. Around 8 Minute walk to Eagle Junction train station with express trains running to the city. The apartment is fully furnished, you will just need your own bedroom furniture. The room for rent is completely unfurnished but it has a built in wardrobe with mirror sliding doors. It fits a queen bed with bedside table, but if you have a bigger bed or a lot of furniture it probably won't fit comfortably. There is a single garage downstairs that I use. In the past we've been able to fit 2 small cars in there but it just means a bit of shuffling around when someone wants to get their car out. If you have a big car.. it's not going to fit. There is street parking on the side streets near by, but not directly in front of the apartment as we are on a main road. Electricity bills are split equally between two. Electricity is usually around $150 each per quarter. Internet is $30 each a month. I'm looking for someone who is fun and friendly and will be more like a friend than a room mate. I keep the place clean so I expect the same consideration in return :) I especially don't want to have to ask someone to contribute to cleaning the apartment. Someone who has lived in share houses before and knows how it all works is ideal.
