This unit is within 10-15 minutes walking distance of Clayton train station and and shops, as well as buses that go directly to Monash University. You'll be sharing with Jayden and I who are both in our twenties and are mainly quiet and keep to ourselves but up for a friendly chat as well. In addition to the great location, we have two unused off-street car parking spaces, heating and air-conditioning, a gas cooktop, and a nice spacious lounge area. Room is small, but definitely big enough to hold a queen sized bed and has a built in wardrobe. We also have a shed where you can store a bike or other things. Bills should be about $20-25 a week.
