A great house and a good spot close enough to the beaches (about 15mins walk to Bronte or Clovelly). The house is pretty spacious - it's one of those ones that look small from the front but goes back a long way. There's a little courtyard in the back with a little herb/vege garden and room for bbqs and sunbaking if you can't be bothered going to the beach. Large room with built ins. Foxtel and cable internet. Bus stops within a block, or it's about a 20-25 min walk to Bondi Junction. Sharing with 2 chicks in our mid-late 30's - prefer someone of a similar age. I'm in recruitment, Ruth is a support worker. Street parking, but it's easy to get a spot. Ruth and I are often out and about with work/sport/socialising etc so you quite often get the place to yourself.
