There is also a second living area upstairs and a storage cage in the car park under the apartment building. The apartment comes with two secure underground car parks and you're welcome to have one of them for your own personal use. We’re looking for a housemate to join our awesome double-storey Clovelly townhouse/apartment, located next to the Clovelly cafes and shops. The apartment is two storeys and comes with it all! So, my unit is awesome! Not only because it’s a five minute walk to Clovelly beach (maybe a little longer walking back up the hill!) but the block has been newly renovated and everything is shiny and new! There’s a little garden with a BBQ, internet access, unlimited hot water (hey! It’s important to know this), Foxtel, Netflix’s and fans in the bedrooms and lounge room. Other things you’d like to know; - galley way kitchen with gas cooker & walk-in pantry - open planned living areas - west facing so gets the afternoon sun - secure block There’s no parking with the unit but I never have issues finding a spot on the street, just outside, and it's unlimited & unrestricted so you can leave it there without getting a fine!
