I am a shift worker whose hours vary between 12 hour night and day shift. I am a heavy sleeper on day shifts so no tip toe around the house when I’m sleeping during the day :) On my days off, I enjoy doing flying trapeze and being outside. Safe and serene, surrounded by trees on a leafy hilltop, this lovely art deco apartment is in a well maintained security building a short walk to all the beaches and parks, and was recently painted and renovated with a new kitchen with dishwasher and polished timber floors throughout. There are no shared walls with neighbours, lots of windows and light, sea breezes, and a relaxed tranquil atmosphere. the local village one minute away has everything - fast buses to the city, 3 hairdressers, a beautiful yoga studio, late night corner store, great cafes and restaurants, wine cellars, dry cleaners, Iggy's bakery, health shop, etc and more shops up on Bronte Road. I cycle to work through Centennial park which takes 20 minutes to Central. It's super convenient and yet a world away from the crowds and hustle of the city and Bondi. The bathroom has a bath. The spare room has a very comfy double bed and big builtins, a gumtree outside the window and the moon shines in at night. It's very private and filled with light all day. There is a Miele washing machine and a clothes line downstairs in the garden. It's warm in winter and cool in summer. There are smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher in the hall. I've never felt safer or more relaxed living anywhere. And the bonus? Unusually for the Eastern Suburbs there is always parking outside!
