gorgeous Art Deco apartment (with own separate entry so feels like a little house) near Wiley's in Coogee and am looking to share with someone lovely - I have nice furniture and am fun, friendly and quiet to live with. The place is in the best condition I have seen as it was owner occupied before. And a great position on the best street in coogee. High moulded ceilings, polished floors, new kitchen and bathroom, internal courtyard, private balcony and a share back garden. The room is large with a sunny outlook and is nice and bright and gets the ocean breeze. It has a lovely designer cupboard, a set of drawers and queen sized bed (you can bring your own though if you wish) so its ready to go you just need your bedding. I am looking to share with someone who is positive and who has good vibes, is reliable with rent, employed, friendly, clean, good natured, does their partying outside of the house and is just generally great to live with. Amazing location 100m from Coogee Beach. Open kitchen and beautiful sun room. Minimal furniture so tidy and uncluttered flat. There is space to bring in some furniture if you wanted, but also enough here that you wouldn't need to. There is a small inbuilt wardrobe in the bedroom and a nice double bed. Lovely double room for one person in large unit very close to Coogee Beach, public transport, cafes, universities etc. We are two professional females who are friendly but recognise we all need space. We are not party animals other than going out and partying! There is also use of the lounge room which is adjacent to the room on offer although it isnt used much! Come check us out please!
Cute little sun-filled apartment just opposite the beach and right next to Coogee pavilion. This apartment is a one bedroom plus sunroom so you would be staying in the sunroom. It fits a single bed and you can see and hear the beach from your window. As it is mean't to be a sunroom and not a bedroom (so it is quite small with only under the bed storage) I have lowered the rent with bills included.
