Newly built 4 bedroom house. Located 1 minute from the water, in a brand new estate. Lovely quiet area. You can see Stradbroke Island from the driveway and there is a massive open park across the road, where there is always kangaroos and wallabies. We have a 2 yr old German Shepard, so you have to be okay with dogs. He is generally an outside dog, worst guard dog, as he thinks that he is a lapdog and just wants to cuddle.
