It is freshly painted throughout, clean, tidy and in excellent condition. We also have ducted reverse cycle air con (we have solar panels so we won't whinge about your electricity usage, lol). We live in the main house, the granny flat is under the main roof, but is completely private from our residence (there is a locked internal adjoining door). Our house is located in a quiet cul de sac in the Genesis Estate in Coomera, there is a lovely pond across the road with a free electric barbecue. We are fortunate to live in such a nice spot! We are about 5 minutes from Coomera train station and the new Westfield shopping centre, 2 minutes from Woolworths, Dominos, BWS, Chemist etc. Rent is all inclusive, meaning that you don't need to pay for electricity, water or gas plus we have an unlimited internet plan that you are welcome to use. As an added bonus, if you like, we can provide an access pass to you for the resident’s only club which has a pool and a gym, bbqs etc. (10 minute walk away). We are a professional couple in our 40's with a teenage son who attends a local college. We are all positive people, calm and relaxed, not party animals, although we do occasionally have a glass of wine while watching a movie on a Friday or Saturday night. Close to the new Westfield shopping centre, all in walking distance. I have a single unfurnished room available with your own bathroom. Weekly rent includes water, electricity, gas and unlimited internet. I do have a cat, and a staffie who is mostly an outside dog. due to have my first baby in mid August (single mumma) So must be ok with kids. I expect that rent is paid on time, the room and bathroom are cleaned regularly and that you are respectful of noise etc with your housemates. This is strictly not a party house!!!
