Huge house, huge yard, pool. 20 mine from Noosa. Close to highway, massive shed for storage, undercover lock up parking. I work full time and am looking for someone who is compatible with our house as I have two kids that I share half custody with. We have a routine during the week and are nice and quiet however I do love to have a social drink and play some good tunes on my free weekends. Old tenants decked out the shed and lived in it for extra space and privacy. However I am offering the master bedroom with its own bathroom and walk in wardrobe . Yard get mowed once a fortnight and pool is looked after. Just move in and enjoy!

We live in Noosa Outlook off Outlook Drive. You would have a bedroom to yourself and bathroom with a shower and bath that you may share with one other person depending on whether both of our spare rooms are occupied. A bus stop is just at the end of the street and several more in walking distance. There's also a shopping complex down the road with an IGA, Chemist, Butcher, Bakery and Coffee shop. We have NBN so Internet is no issue. We also have Foxtel.Netflix and Stan available
The house is across the road from a tranquil park full of creekside walking and cycle tracks; can kayack/SUP in the creek to Lake Doonella also. 10 min drive to Hastings St, Cooroy/ Bruce Highway &; Eastern beaches. 400m walk from 2 bus stops. Half Hour SUP to Noosa Marina to best fish n chips.

It is 4 bedrooms . It has a shared kitchen and lounge area which then leads to the toilet and shared bathroom. The room is not on the side of the house where the sun rises and has a media room that is shared.

Surrounded by bush in a friendly neighbourhood, right beside the lake and the Noosa River, this small but comfortable home is where I have studied and lived for the past 16 years. I try to keep a minimalist open plan feel, with a welcoming kitchen. Solar power and good internet are among other pluses, as are the lovely bush and lake walks that start at the front gate. Smoking is allowed outside, but not inside, and while I love animals I am a bit iffy on pets out of respect for my cat...I guess super friendly pets might be okay, but be aware, the property is largely un-fenced. This house is quiet and relaxed but not far from town with possible parking on the front lawn. Your room has built in wardrobe, large window, ceiling fan and is close to the spacious bathroom. We have good internet but no television connection because, well, I just don't like it enough to be bothered :-)
