We havent found our next house as of yet, we are in the process of looking for a place. We are looking in frankston/langwarrin. Here is our list of requirements is as followed (so you know what you're getting into!) -3 or 4 bedrooms -2 bathrooms -Heating and cooling -Dishwasher -Decent size backyard -Ideally two living areas -Modern/new house We have all furnishings already (although if we get a place with two living areas we will need a second lot of living room furniture) we are more than happy to accomodate your own furniture if you have some and would like to bring it with you - otherwise we have plenty! Your room will be unfurnished. Internet is included in rent but all other bills split three ways.

This 3 bedroom house is in a quiet safe area of Langwarrin. Massive lounge room with kitchen area joined into it. One of the bedrooms I have turned into a study room, so one room is available. Hello! The place is a brand new open plan living type home located in a really quiet spot in the Livingston Estate.
