There are 5 bedrooms but I'm not looking to rent them all out, so the option to set up a study etc in one of them. So there’s lots of space if you need your own area. Located 10 minutes from the train station. A 20 min drive from Frankston hospital and easy drive to Casey hospital. The main bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe is available and a second bedroom with it’s own bathroom (or shared with one if 3 people). I'm looking for either 2 or 3 housemates and rent will depend on the number of housemates. If only 2 then $180 for the main bedroom and $140 for the second bedroom (which will have it's own bathroom). If 3 then $160 for the main bedroom and $130 for the other two bedrooms. It does have a pool (yes I know its winter) and alfresco area. Dogs welcome (so long as they are good with a cat).
