So multiple access is not an issue. I can provide 1 single bed if needed, and you can just BYO mattress! The backyard is spacious, however has only had a builders level done and no landscaping (yet). I will work on this myself when I have the time! As it is a quiet neighbourhood with out a through road, there is barely any traffic which means less road noise and also parking on the street is available.
