It's the size of an apartment (100m2) however it's two stories so feels more like a townhouse. Downstairs, there's an open living kitchen with an island bench with all appliances (dishwasher, nutribullet, slowcooker, rice cooker, microwave) and a laundry with a two-in-one washing machine/dryer, a clothes steamer and iron/ironing board. The outside doors open right up as well which turns the living room and courtyard into an awesome space for summer. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom which is large (heated towel rack, double head shower, bath). The place is a 5-7 minute walk to Richmond Station/East Richmond Station as well as to Swan St for the number 70 tram (and Messina!).
