You'll have the main bathroom to yourself and I have an undercover car space which you can use. The apartment is very secure with keycard access to the building and then a single key to the apartment. All expenses for your stay are included in the weekly cost for the room. Room for rent in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in South Yarra available 19th of January. Rent will be $260 per week paid monthly. Bond is $1430. Great location as it is 3 minutes walk to Chapel street with plenty of food and shopping. 5 minute walk to South Yarra train station and surrounded by trams. The rooms is a good size has a built in wardrobe, fits double bed, desk and draws etc. It is carpeted and has an aircon. The apartment building also has a gym and swimming pool. The room is unfurnished but some furniture can be negotiated (drawers and book shelf).
Our home is a comfortable 70's style brick 3 bedroom home with a small yard out the back. It has polished floor boards, a separate kitchen/dining area, off street parking as well as parking permits available. It has one bathroom but a separate shower and a separate toilet. It's two streets from the Richmond Train Station and a few doors down from the London Tavern. Walking distance to the city, MCG, Melbourne Park, and Swan st or Bridge Rd. The nightlife is great and so are the restaurants and cafe's around. It's a brilliant place to live, so come and partake in the fun!
