It is a lovely home, I am pretty fussy about being tidy and clean. I have Netflix, ducted heating but no airconditioning yet. I am a 5 minute walk to the Jerrabomberra shops and enjoy going to the Jerrabomberra Tavern for dinner and a drink sometimes. I do not want pets or a smoker, sorry!

This is a great 2 bedroom apartment in a nice quiet complex with access to a pool, gym, BBQ area as well as a tennis court. The room has a built in wardrobe and is large enough to fit a double bed with a pair of bedside tables as well as chest of draws (all of which are able to be supplied if needed but can also be removed). The unit has two bathrooms and I have the bedroom with the en suite so you would be the only one using the other bathroom I would only need access to use the washing machine and dryer. The unit also comes with a lock up garage and a car space. The unit is currently fully furnished but I am flexible with swapping out my own furniture or moving it around to fit any that you might want to bring with you. I have been offered the lease for another 12 months and would ideally be looking for somebody to sign onto it with me (we could also asked them to go with a 6 month lease to start with) Rent and utility's would be shared but internet will be offender complimentary (at the moment it is not much but NBN should be rolling out in this area next year 😁).
A really well appointed loft style unit, seperate spaces for privacy. All mod cons. Grounds have tennis court, swimming pool & gym. I am used to having a boarder so understand privacy, boundaries etc. I cook a lot so food is a bonus.

The kitchen is super groovy, very well appointed and decked out with green tiling, European appliances and a huge double oven and gas stove. Living room with comfy couches, high-fidelity sound system and record player and lava-lamp. The bathroom is set to be renovated over christmas which will mean a beautiful new space to deck out. Cool in summer and warm in winter, this house has a double facing wood fire and gas central heating. For once you can be excited about the Canberra Winter. The house is already furnished; op-shop chic, homely industrial, cool and collected. We are super keen to keep decking it out with your help! There is a large garage for storage and a great laundry with Miele washing machine and a dryer. If you thought you couldn't find affordable sharehouse luxury in Canberra's south, you thought wrong.

It's in old canberra which is really pleasant to live in this area. Close access to Manuka, Kingston, Fyshwick and the city. You will have space in the house with very little intrusion from me as I am not there most days.
