One single bed fully furnished room (now with 2 wardrobes) will be available soon at $175 per week. We generally rent rooms to foreign female students. The room has good privacy with no adjoining bedrooms. House mates buy and cook their own food and do their own laundry and cleaning, a washing machine and vacuum cleaner are provided. Services bills, Wi-fi and some consumables are included in the rent. There are 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets all shared. House is in Millswood, near Goodwood, 15-20 minutes by bus or train to the CBD, close to the G10 and G40 bus routes that go to the "front door" of Flinders Uni and close to the tram that goes to Glenelg (Adelaide's most popular beach and beach side shopping), parking is on street only. The house has nice gardens, back and front, with a spa and a sauna (for house residents only). Definitely no pets and no smoking, and we can't allow visitors to stay over night out of consideration for the other house mates. No lease, no bond. The flat is just behind King William Road so close to shops, cafes, restaurants, and public transport just outside the back door. Its about 10 minutes by bike to the city or 15min by bus. There is a little Foodworks outside the back fence for last minute groceries. It is a small block of four (only three currently lived in), with quiet and friendly neighbours. It is very quiet yet still close to everything. It is upstairs so it is fairly private, gets lots of light and a nice breeze. There is aircon but its hardly needed. The bathroom and kitchen are recently renovated. Gas cooking and hot water system. There is currently unlimited internet and the NBN has just been installed so happy to explore changing provider if the new housemate is interested.
