We are social, easy, friendly guys. We like to spend some of our free time together and we often cook dinner for everyone in the house. Our family is growing so we are passing on our lease. It´s a great apartment, well lit, good size main bedroom and spacious living room. There are built in wardrobes in every room, and the apartment comes with a gas stove/oven in the kitchen, ceiling fan in the main bedroom and aircon in the living room. Bathroom with bathtub and seperate shower. For the rest it is unfurnished. It´s located just accross from Claremont Quarter (supermarkets, shops), 5 min walking to train station and less then 10 min walking from Freshwater Bay (swan river). It´s very well served by buses, with 2 bus stops just a few hundred meters from the house. For beach lovers, it is 15 min cycling to the beach (or less than 10 min by car) and very convienient for people working in the city, or at UWA. There is a covered car park in the back of the property, with the possibility of parking an extra car on the street. The lease is 340/week, negotiated down in the last year from 390/week. The current lease runs until 12 November 2017. This apartment is ideal for a single worker, a couple, or young small family that likes to be close to everything! Location, location, location! Close walk to UWA, Matilda Bay and Kings Park. Convenient location for the avid cyclist, it's only a few quick bus stops to the city (uber/taxi less than $20), is close to QEII medical centre and conveniently located to Subiaco, Claremont, Cottesloe and Fremantle. It's also a generous size house with plenty of room for 2 people to move about and still have space. A renovated circa 1930's home with plenty of character and charm. It also has outdoor areas out front and back providing more personal space. While a 3 bed house I am only looking at one other person sharing at this point in time. I am looking at someone to take over a current house mates lease. The lease if until September this year, and if all works well there option to extend will be there.

Beautiful 3 story home with panoramic views of the Swan River through to Perth city. Furnished bedroom with a queen size bed and built in wardrobe, with a shared bathroom with one other housemate. The house is very spacious and well furnished with a large kitchen. It has a large alfresco area overlooking a lovely pool and the balcony upstairs has a beautiful view to the river and the city. You will be sharing the house with 2 lovely girls in their mid 20s and myself. One works and goes to uni and other is a fresh graduate working full time. I am a single dad and my daughter comes to stay once a week. Not much of a party house, but we like to have a couple of drinks and enjoy good food. Its just a short walk to the shops and train. UWA is 10 minutes away by car or bus, making it great for students. Electricity is not included in rent, but is the only utility we pay for. We are about a 10-minute walk (1-minute drive) from the Train station (Freo/City line) in Claremont, and the shopping mall. The housing block backs onto the Lake Claremont park, which is huge and awesome. We have a gym around the corner, public lap pool, tennis court and golf course are 5 mins walk away. Swanbourne/Cottesloe Beach is a 5-10-minute drive or a quick train away too! Top level has the three bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, lounge (couches and TV) and a bar. The bottom level has a large Kitchen, a dining room, large courtyard, garage/room with a pool table + couches and storage and another toilet. The room itself easily fits a Queen bed, a desk (see photos), and would have space for a bedside table if that floats your boat. The wardrobe is quite large too. It is bright all day thanks to being on the second level, and the large window.
