The property is on 1/4 acre, with pool and large amount of living space, there is even a set of monkeybars! There is also 2 big veggie patches. The house has 2 separate living spaces with a fireplace and a projector for entertainment. Its 10 minutes to the beach, 10 mins to the city, 2min to a bus stop and 5min to UWA or claremont. The room is furnished but it doesn't have to be. There are 3 chickies which give us tasty eggs, a lovable border collie and 2 kitties which warm our laps. We are looking for someone to fill the room up until the end of the year. Only one housemate will be around for the majority of the month and would be great to have someone in the room who would be willing to help with keeping the animals and gardens alive! A great house to live in if you want to focus but still sit back relax and enjoy the evening. It is a student/professional house and not a party house. However, we like to share a meal and catch up over a glass of wine when we get the chance. Good vibes! Easy living. House is clean but lived in. Everyone helps out at rent inspections and does their bit to tidy up after themselves when needed. Its a big house with a massive back yard and shed for storage or hanging. There’s a huge backyard & front garden waiting for a green thumb to love 😂 There’s a second living space & huge outdoor brick shed currently getting a makeover so we’d love some more input into making it as great as possible.
