We are social, easy, friendly We like to spend some of our free time together, but also respect each other need for privacy, and we often cook dinner for everyone in the house. The room is furnished but we are very flexible with that, so if you want to bring your own things or change anything, feel free to do so. We have been living in Dalkeith for over 15 years as its was close to our kids school and to our office in Subi. Dalkeith is less than 10kms from the CBD, walking distance to the River; about 2.5 kms to UWA. Our children have moved out except one. We do have a spa & a Gym that are available to use at anytime. There is private access to a lounge area if you wish to entertain guests. There are no specific house rules just so long as things are kept tidy and privacy is respected on both sides. The room is UNFURNISHED and as shown in the photos - it comfortably fits a queen sized bed. The bills are separate to the rent, there is a bus stop 50 meters walk from the front door and UWA is only 300 meters down the road. I am looking for a new housemate to occupy the spare room in my three-bedroom townhouse in Nedlands. The room has built-in robes and a queen-sized bed if needed. The rest of the house is fully-furnished but if you have extra furniture, there is a generously-sized lockable garage that you can store your things. I am also keeping the third bedroom as a study/music/activity room, which you are welcome to share. The house has air-conditioning upstairs but I haven't needed to use it so far. Open up the windows in the evening and the lovely sea breeze does the job! You would be sharing the house with just one other person (me!). The house is excellently located in a quiet complex set back from Stirling highway. A two-minute walk will take you to shops, the Windsor Cinema and buses that can take you on a short trip to the city, the river, UWA or Claremont. The QEII medical centre is also close by. This location would be ideal for a student at UWA or someone working in the city or at QEII. I am looking for someone who is friendly, down-to-earth, considerate and reliable.
