In the 8 years that I've lived in this whisper quiet stylish rear town house, what I've most enjoyed about living here is the convenience of being able to walk 200 meters in one direction and I'm at Broadway Fair shopping centre and stroll 300 meters in the other direction and I'm standing at the edge of the Swan River. The house is fully air conditioned. The bedroom is rented UNFURNISHED and the rest of the house is as photographed. Bathroom only shared with one other. Lots of storage space. Location, location, location ... isn't that what a real estate agent would say? Close walk to UWA (less than 1km away), Matilda Bay and Kings Park. Convenient location for the avid cyclist, it's only a few quick bus stops to the city (uber/taxi less than $20), is close to QEII medical centre and conveniently located to Subiaco, Claremont, Cottesloe and Fremantle. It's also a generous size house with plenty of room for 2+ adults to move about and still have space. A renovated circa 1930's home with plenty of character and charm. While a 3 bed house I am only looking at one other person or two international students for the semester, which would then reduce the weekly rent per room/person to around $250 each. Students, mature (40+) and FIFO people welcome. While the place is fully furnished the option is there to provide an unfurnished bedroom if you want BYO bedroom. The furnished room includes a queen bed. All bills should be covered in the weekly rent, I have left it open to most bills covered should the water, power or gas bill come in over this allowance. It's in a great spot on a quiet street. Walking distance to the pool, train, Lake Claremont, coffee shops and Claremont Quarter. Downstairs is the living area, laundry, kitchen and a toilet.
